How U-Haul Reviews WorkI planned on app pick up and return. Had issues at pick up. It kept asking me to take photos of the vehicle when I’ve already done so. Not sure if it’s WiFi or app related. I also noticed that the truck was not parked outside of the gate. Good thing I picked up during office hours. The reception person could have been more personable. Instead she was focused on her personal call to Wells Fargo.
MARIEL DI had reserved a hand truck and moving blankets. Neither was available. Moving without those was exhausting and unnecessary. If a location does not have the equipment necessary for a reservation, client should be notified in advance so they can make other arrangements.
DAVID HMy reservation was added a safe move charge when I never had it picked on my original reservation. I was never asked if I wanted it and only realized that I was charged when returning the truck. When I went to return the truck at 2:08pm saw a will return sign for 2:30. The agent didnt come back until 2:45pm. I had to wait 40 mins to return the truck.
Abusayed MThe location and the staff were great and helpful. The UHAUL support was not good. My confirmed was not ready at the time confirmed. I arrived at the location on time and truck was not available. I called Uhaul - they were able to get a different truck couple of hours later, but when I asked about the $50 credit - there was no contact information, support said someone is going to call me - but nothing like that has happened yet. Please address the issue.
