My reservation was added a safe move charge when I never had it picked on my original reservation. I was never asked if I wanted it and only realized that I was charged when returning the truck. When I went to return the truck at 2:08pm saw a will return sign for 2:30. The agent didnt come back until 2:45pm. I had to wait 40 mins to return the truck.

The location and the staff were great and helpful. The UHAUL support was not good. My confirmed was not ready at the time confirmed. I arrived at the location on time and truck was not available. I called Uhaul - they were able to get a different truck couple of hours later, but when I asked about the $50 credit - there was no contact information, support said someone is going to call me - but nothing like that has happened yet. Please address the issue.

Nicole RIt was a decent experience. The best thing is the employees are rock stars. All so kind and helpful. The truck was extremely worn and kind of dirty. I was surprised it didn’t have a safety beep when you reversed… overall good location, just needs a little sprucing!
