I was told the cost of a rental truck was $19.95 plus mileage. I went 32 miles and ended up with a bill of over $80.00. I was charged for mileage plus gas as well as other incidentals I was not told about. I will not do business with you again.Theresa C.
I picked the truck at 4:45 pm and dropped the truck at 5:30 pm same day which is within my 4hours of the booked time. Since their office is closed at 5 which is not my problem, Uhaul still charged me 20$ extra. This is the second they did this. Very bad service. Charging the customer credit card without proper upfront notification. And the uhaul app is glitchy and doesn't function right.BHAVANI A.

Sun visor on drivers side was broken. Some sort of dried mung was in the crease of the drivers seat. Floor was muddy. Was obvious it was not cleaned. Gas was not full when getting the truck. Drove it for 29 miles and pumped 9.3 gallons of gas on return! Not a good experience.Robert Clair Jr K.

The woman who helped us was very kind and helpful. I tried using the app to check in, but after several times of entering the same information, over and over again, I gave up. She was able to check us in very efficiently. She also helped us when we brought the truck back. I don't remember her name, but she did an awesome job!Patty B.

It was raining and the interior of the 10' truck was soaking wet with standing water in the back of it. We had to use towels and sheets to dry it off prior to being able to load the truck in an attempt to save my furniture from getting wet and ruined. The man working at the location was very nice and it was a smooth process.Mark W.

I didnt use the dolly but the seal snapped when we were moving stuff out of the truck so unfortunately I am being charged for that. Also the gas meter didn't move from when I took it. I only drove nine miles and you are charging me for gas.Michael C.

I was billed Fuel when I filled up 2 miles from drop off and I was also charged a $25.00 Cleaning charge when all I moved was boxes. Not sure why either of these charges was applied.Richard C.

Need a bigger sign for those dropping off after hours about needing to go online and record information before dropping keys offWilliam S.
I was unaware that our order would be cancelled if we did not pick up our truck by the pick up time. We arrived 45 min later than our time and were told our order was cancelled. The representative was able to retrieve our reservation but the scolding we received was not warranted. We were already stressed about the move and were not aware that we had to be there by the pick up time. That needs to be bolded and emphasized in the rental contract.Leigh H.

I was told pick-up was 9:00 a.m. by text message. I confirmed via a phone call and had a delightful conversation with the U-Haul representative. The location unfortunately didn't open until 9:30 a.m. so I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes! First person at Nicholson Rd. location was useless. I had to wait for 30 minutes for the RIGHT person to show up and release the vehicle. Total bullshit!!!!!!!!! Maybe U-Haul should get their shit together for future rentals!!!!Robert D.

Make sure that the vehicle that you're renting is the one that is listed....the keys were wrong on my vehicle and while it still worked for me, it created a lot of confusion and now i have a fuel charge to dispute as a result.James M.

We showed up without a reservation. The gentleman who was in the store wasn't able to process the rental because he was covering while the salesclerk stepped out for lunch. Apparently he just left. He called the salesclerk who came back immediately and processed our rental. Kudos to both employees, they went out of their way to accommodate us. The actual location is new, and very clean. Highly recommend this location for your U-Haul rental needs!Keith F.

i filled the tank before bringing back to you then drove the 10 miles back to your location and i was still charged for 1 gallon of gas. that was ridiculous. i was not aware of any gas station closer to your location as i dont travel nicholson rd. guess next time i need to bring a gas can with gas to put in when i get there. i hav er vxc r ed nted many automobiles and a uhaul from the other locations and g aas ve never had them charge me for 1 gallon of gas.Kay H.

We didn't appreciate a dolly being in the truck. We already had a dolly so this one just took up space. We almost couldn't fit our stuff on that side. We knew we wouldn't need a dolly when we initiated the process so finding that in there was extremely irritating. I understand you want to make some extra money but if I didn't pay for it initially, I don't want it taking up space in my rented truck.Matthew C.
