The location could not get the uhaul website to work and we waited a very long time to check out the truck. Eventually i had to get the uhaul app on my phone and do the check-in from there. She said the uhaul site never works well for them especially on the weekends.
Aidan SThe attendant (Lisa) was friendly, quick, and knew how to do her job.
Ray HMake sure truck is maintained well. The truck I used had the front bumper cover off and in the back of the truck and the windshield wiper on the passenger side was way past needing to be replaced.
Robert MThe key lock box had a 4 dial rotary code but it was very difficult to determine if you were entering the proper code to get the key for the truck. Customer service person (Keisha?) was extremely helpful & patient.
