Everything is 5 star with the vehicle and ease of check out. The self check in for damage was excessive and unfair to put a customer thru that much effort especially to take a photo of the roof??? I am disabled and if I had not had my son with me the check in would have been impossible. The fact that he had to climb up on the vehicle to photograph the roof was upsetting.

CARMEN LI inform your clerk upon return of the van there was ROACHES IN THE VAN . It was not notice until we started to remove boxes. To make things worst they were brought into my house. Your clerk did not even offer a discount. ONLY I'M SORRY.

Sherrie CReduce check out time even though I checked in online in the app. The trucks steering was not center and jittery. I had to constantly move the steering wheel left and right just to keep the truck driving straight. The trucks air conditioning system went in and out as I pressed the accelerator pedal.

Charles DI recently had an occasion to rent a U-Haul truck from a different location in Land 'O Lakes Florida and was disappointed with the service I received from the agent and the condition of the vehicle rented. It was refreshing to do business with this different U-Haul agent who did an exemplary job of making sure I had a clean well-maintained vehicle when I needed it and at a price that I thought was reasonable. The service and vehicle were what I had come to expect from U-Haul, and I will recommend this agency to anyone in my area who needs their service.
David KTank was not full. Inside of van was not vacuumed.ans van needed washing.
JANIS LI would love to refer friends to this location as they are extremely friendly and helpful and so close to my home. However, upon returning the equipment after dark, there was absolutely NO light. Not even the road sign was lit and I passed it up and had to turn around. The grounds are very dark and as a single woman, would not refer anyone here.
Sandra WFix the windshield wipers as these need to be replaced. The radio wanted to stay on AUX. Finally got it to work on FM stations but was difficult. Customer service was outstanding. Thank you, Chris!

Yacaira VLocation was helpful but the truck was very dirty inside the cab and smelt like cat urine. There was fur on the dash board and sticky stuff on the plastic areas and floor board.

Had to call a customer service number and have them make another reservation at a different location. Had to drive to that location when i arrived it was closed. Someone finally showed up and i was able to get truck

Todd BWe ordered an appliance dolly. Did not have one at this location. The clerks comment was “I guess I should have called you to tell you we didn’t have one…sorry”. We had to drive 25 minutes away to get the dolly and then another 25 minutes again to return it. What a colossal waste of time. It said our reservation was guaranteed. Waste of time and gas
Richard HEverything about this place seems off. I rented a truck with 111253 miles and took a photo of it and showed them and was still charged as if I rented the truck with 111245 miles.

BRADLEY BThe guy working at front desk on Saturday 02/05/2023 at 10:00 am was very rude. I requested him to explain me the returning rental truck rule one more time because I did not quiet get in the first time but before explaining he looked at his computer screen and started grinding his teeth and mumbled “obviously you did not understand” Worst customer service. I really had a bad experience and never returning back to this location and not going to recommend to anyone.

Geoffrey SWe turned vehicle in a day early then I receive a notice vi email the next day that the vehicle had not been turned in and was late. I immediately called compass and wax told that the employee working when I turned in the car had to leave early that day so probably forgot to do the paperwork to show it had been returned. I had even asked said employe for some sort of paperwork that I had returned the vehicle and she replied it was necessary because I would get an e.ail. I was very disturbed about this situation and felt I was being accused of not returning the vehicle !!!

Vashon JOnly area to improve. I ordered a hand cart, and when I picked up the truck found out they did not have one available. I spent the next hour going to Home Depot and spent $25 to rent a hand cart from them. Would have been nice to know in advance.
Steven SWe made an error with a "AM" / "PM" mixup. Crew worked with us to correct and get us on our way. Lining up all stars to get the move done was hard enough, not having a truck would have set us back to ground zero. Really appreciated their understanding and willingness to help us get a new plan together with a bigger truck.

MICHAEL CArrived at drop off 1.5 to 2 hrs prior to closing. Personnel was out and about and we had an extended wait outside until finally someone showed up. Tried to get one of the two to count the blankets and verify the correct amount were there long with the dolly and all we got was “ you're good to go”. Then when the final email came, they listed 2 gallons of gas added to the bill. We made sure that truck was at the halfway mark where we got it. If they had checked the truck in out presence, we could have agree or disagreed but nevertheless they didn't come out to ck so we will never know. A truck with that size tank would be hard to even know if 2 gallons was the right amount. They were polite though !!!

STEVEN GGentleman that helped me at the front desk was great and professional. At the time of check-in the internet went down and wouldn't come up for a while. The gentleman took me outside and helped me with the truck, went over things that I didn't know and by the time he was done the internet was up and all was good. Thank you!
FRANK TPennies and nickels were laying around in the cab. The windshield had splattered bugs. We wanted moving pads, but they had none. Office was neat and orderly. Managers were exceptionally nice.
TERENCE SThis location did not have the blankets I'd ask for. I have rented trucks before at different location in the area and have found that these locations do not do proper maintenance on there trucks.They always make sure they are clean for the next use, but they also need to test drive them, this truck had bad steering and if not needing the truck that day I would have returned it. Another issue is gas in these truck. Why is it that U-Haul does not require the truck to be returned with a full tank. I do not like returning a truck and get hit with a high gas bill when it hard to try to make sure it had about the same amount of gas in the tank as it was when I left the lot with it. I'm looking to move up north soon and was looking to rent from U-Haul, but with the condition of the truck in this area I would be afraid to try drive a 1000 miles. Of the truck was clean they made sure you returned the truck clean.
MICHAEL GThe return process with the app, was not easy. Multiple complications and or giant "pain in the butt" process \ steps. Should suggest renter watch a video or give them a trial\test run on all the necessary steps.
