I JUST HAVE TO SAY THE SERVICE WAS GREAT FROM THE LOCATION BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MESSED UP ALL MY RESERVATION. I WANTED TO PICK IN ONE LOCATION AND THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER I WANTED A CERTAIN TIME THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER I WANTED A SMALL TRUCK THEY GAVE ME A VAN. EVERYTHING WA WRONG , I WAS VERY DISAPPONTED.

I originally scheduled a pickup at a different location and they ended up being closed. Had to go about 15 miles away to find a different location that could accommodate as even though the locations were closed, they did not specify on line and allowed a reservation. I was told to sweep the fan out or i will be charged before i brought it back, but I actually had to sweep it prior to using as i was moving a mattress and the van was dirty. I have rented UHAULS multiple times and this was by far the worst experience.

Equipment not cared for. Check engine light on. Vehicle pulls to right... on line reservation system is horrible. You enter what you want and it changes times and pick up locations on you automatically. The place that I rented was even open and it entered in a 9pm-1am pick up and drop off time. Won't use U-Haul ever again.

When I got there to pick up the truck,which i already paid for and had a reservation number, they didnt hav e my truck. thankfully, the lady at the location said she could give me the larger one for the same price.Lucky they had one available!

I think if you learned about the 24/7 key box and what was involved in someone pulling in their renting their truck taking their truck without any U-Haul Personnel available it would really be good. No one there seemed to be able to answer my questions about it other than to Simply say well they say it's really right straightforward online. People who drive a 10ft vehicle can see considerable differences when it comes to driving a 20-foot truck. Also, check your web information. Under my name and account number there were two different people listed the other one I have no knowledge of but was from somewhere near Chicago Illinois I was in Tampa Florida. They had rented a car carrier and it had been cancelled however it was showing as one of my rentals on my account. To the best of my knowledge they still have not cleared this up. I don't see the other gentleman's name anymore, but I do still see his car carrier as being one of my rental reservations.

Originally i reserved a truck at a location that, after arriving there does not rent uhauls any more. However, it continues to show on the web site as a pick up and drop off location. This delayed my whole moving experience.

I rented the truck for a day and it was great. The woman was very nice at the location in Lutz. I left moving boxes in the van because it said we could to use for other people that needed boxes.

First of all the woman working in that location doesn't understand her job after I returned the van she wanted me to park the van in a tight spot you crazy!? I already gave you the keys that's her responsability not mine! Oh she can't see she can't drive bla bla after that. She call my personal phone 7 times because she want it me to go back!! Because she want it me to explain the charges in person!! hahaha Then she call me again and left another voicemail because she want it me to give her my credit card information over the phone!! Really?? I was charge already the hold you dont need my credit card info over the phone I rent before in that location. And after all that she did not even report that the van was return after 4 hours she charge me an extra day!!!!!!! Really?? They need to get rid of that person is gonna drag that place down.

All e-mails from U-Haul took two days to arrive, including confirmations. When booking the day before, or the day of, this communication time lag is unacceptable. It needs to be immediate!
