I received this truck, it had not yet been checked in. He gave me the keys and had not checked the back of the trick. It was close to closing. When I got to my location, there was stuff in back of the truck. My laborers did not want to touch it, they wanted to charge me extra to empty the stuff out. I said no, they left. I had a certain amount that i had to pay the laboreds and i lose that. I brought the truck back, parked it, was not able to use it. He charged me any way. He said he did net know how to reverse the charges. Not only that he did some kind of promissory note for extra charges. I do not know what for. He stated, " the first time I didn't check the truck all kind of stuff is left in the back." He said," your next rental will be free". Is that possible? Is this professional business? My card should have been refunded, and I should have been given something for my inconvenience. Paid men to help me and I lost that help because a u haul representative was not on top of his job that day. I think he's a very nice person, but being nice did not help me in this situation. He should have checked the truck in like he was supposed to immediately when it arrived and it would have been ready for me. To avoid these types of mishaps, don't get to comfortable and get things done immediately. I hope the corporate office can help remove these wrongful charges. The more I think about it all, the angrier I get. Even though I really like this location, this was very poor service for what I need and he didn't know how to complete his job he said and I am still not made whole.

Daniel HI was charged for furniture pads but there no pads at the store. My order also included a utility dolly, which I didn’t order but was included on the bill. I rented mobile so when I completed my order I couldn’t get any bill adjustment.

MARCUS PThe service desk agent did not go over any protocols or any instructions before pulling off. Apparently I was supposed to verify mileage before driving off via text message, but that was not explained to me. I was charged over $100 worth of fees but I can’t verify the starting mileage because I do not have any paperwork from when I picked up the truck. The desk agent called her supervisor and he was on speaker when he told her that it is not their job to tell me that there are further instructions that comes in via text. I completely understand valid charges, but there wasn’t any professionalism when it came to properly explaining the process at the time of pick up. Will not ever use the Uhaul service at this location.

WAYNE GI was 30 minutes late for the pickup due to an unforeseen event earlier. It became a Truckshare, a term that I don’t know what it is. I couldn’t understand what the site operator was saying. This place is closest to home but won’t use it again. Bad staff. Will use Altamere or AltaMesa sites, which are excellent in Fort Worth.
