Make the process easier to rent a vehicle. The mobile app did not work although I had a reservation number. I lost about 1 1/2 hours trying to work through the process. All the while I had a reservation and was looking at the vehicle I had reserved. Horrible, Horrible, experience.hayden earl B.
Workers ride, light sensor on dash stated low tire pressure and they stated low tire pressure gauge faulty. The tire was low! Truck cab trash and they stated if I mentioned it the system would charge me to clean so I had to clean it.Sandra B.

Let them know that the key drop is through the glass door. Not a box. Very hard to see a notice that is a small maybe index card sign that says uhaul with a hand written "key drop " on it.Thomas H.
I did a self check out/return with my phone, with little to no contact with store manager. A very seamless process! No problems, no glitches. A tire was low on air reported by the truck's computer, I aired it up, and reported it upon check in, another nice software feature! Nobody ever really wants to rent a truck, but this was practically an enjoyable experience considering. Bravo. *I must add that the manager was super helpful with tips and pointers. If I had one complaint, it would be that I didn't interact with her enough :)John B.

Uhaul on SR 436 in Winter Park overbooked and tried to tell the customers it was their fault. I called 30 mins after my appointment time to say I was running behind and they said I was cancelled because I was an hour late. THEY NEVER HAD THE TRUCK. Then they called around and found Compass Storage and said they had a truck. Compass Storage called me to say they didn't have a truck but they would do their best to find one. The lady at Compass Storage moved heaven and earth to get me a truck! I had one by noon. So my 8 hour moving day was cut to 4 and we had to double time it. I had one day I could move due to work, and Uhaul on SR436 in Winter Park blew it. I will never schedule with them again. I'd rather run 50 trips with a pickup truck from Hertz than rely on them again. Compass Storage saved my day!Yvonne G.

Reservation was from 8am-2pm. Got there to pick up via mobile at 8:20am. Followed the steps on my phone to get the key from lock box but it took over 30 min to get approved for the key. Employee at location called and asked me to return the truck at 1 so they could rent to another customer. I couldn't do that and they were okay with that but didn't appreciate that call.Mark S.

Fix the website rental process . That was a nightmare as they couldn't find our order even tho we had our contract #. Upon return the system would not take my password, nor that of the next 2 customers. Pricella at this location is A100%. Saturday Alejandra fixed us , taking great care on Covid 19 precautions.James G.
We found this location to be convenient but "Becky" was not easy to deal with. We were running late for the pick up due to traffic, she called and explained how she would have to release the rental if we are late. We arrived and she refused to speak to us and told us to "read the directions on the door". She is not customer services oriented and was not easy to deal with. She is rude.JOHN D.

The online check in was abysmal. I did an online check in the day prior, and established an U-Haul account. However, upon arrival, I had to go through the checkin process again. And, they had to "approve" my rental even though I had pre-checked in with a credit card. Terrible process.Joseph C.
The app was very slow. It took me 1.5 hours to register and get my truck. Partly this is due to coronavirus but mostly my frustration is in the unresponsive app and it trying to add onto my order or sell me insurance or features multiple times which I've already selected no to previously. I do not recommend the app to anyone.David H.
Just keep providing the incredible "go the extra mile" service that I received. The staff did not have to help me as much as they did but they went above and beyond WITHOUT MY COMPLAINING OR ASKING! They saw my situation as an opportunity to serve and help instead of just ignoring my situation and viewimg me as a "PIA" customer.David M.
Uhaul was dirty filled with dog hair and unsanitary especially at this moment in time with the covid 19 this location should hustle and get those trucks nice and clean for thee customers I was very unhappy with the truck as well it needs maintenance with the handling and alignment not safe at allErica N.
The entire experience from start to finish was not good... I had done everything ahead of time and chose mobile pick up so that it would be an easy and quick pick up, it was not. An employee had to re-enter all of information and I had to give her my debit card, when I had already done all of this on the app. Then the truck was displaying a low air odometer message. This made returning the truck a hassle. The app asked me to fill out the mileage and I could not because of the low air message. I also asked to hold onto the truck until 9PM and then received a text saying to return it at 5:30. This experience was all around not a good or smooth one. Not to mention, I was being spoken to through a door. I understand being precautionary due to COVID, but talking to me through a hole in your door is ridiculous. I had reserved the truck without Safe Move coverage. The attendant passed a contract through a slot and said sign this. I didn't notice that safe move coverage had been added. The low air pressure light was on the vehicle also.WILLIAM P.

Young lady we felt with, seemed to be pre occupied with FaceTime and/or other. Initially, Experience was middle of the road, and we found her entertaining, but dismissive once we were looking at the truck. So we asked about the size of the truck to ensure we indeed had the right one....only to arrive at our home, to movers who said hey this truck is too small. That said, I reserved the truck based on the intelligence in the online tool etc. so we can't blame her. I had initially rented two dollys, which compass didn't have, so I took a utility dolly instead, but with space on the truck we had to return the dolly so my things could fit. This is where the entire conversation went sideways, between the unprofessional dialog with her and her boss on the phone about why he was being cranky due to various cell numbers etc, and also arguing that with us about not being able to take it back as it's a one way move etc. finally, I originally reserved the truck for two days, but wasn't sure if I could load/unload!gas and clean the truck, but figured a day would give me some room to get down to south Florida, but understood that if I got there today, Sunday by noon that I would only be charged for two days, and if not I would kee until Monday. Again very poor explanation and I ended up being charged for three days even though I made it back on time......sorry to say, but I will not be returning to compass.Sinaca L.

Keys provided were to the wrong UHaul Truck. I ordered a dolly and furniture pads and neither of these were provided upon arrival. The fleet manager offered me a discount for the delay and lack of equipment, but the discount was never given. I ordered the uhal for 8am, but due to all the problems I didn't leave until after 9am. Needless to say this was an awful experience and I will never be using U-HAUL again.Nicholas M.

Drove the truck a total of 15 miles, Compass Realty (vendor) Charged me almost $20 for gas (over 5 gals of gas) The gas gage never moved and I am of the belief that the truck got more that 3 mpg.theodore F.
