Location for Uhual pickup as fine and all lock boxes were easy to find and use. The issue was with the app trying to setup the emergency contact/ verification process. Unable to allow us to call back the contact since their phone would fwd spam call automatically. Then talking to customer support was not helpful since the lady got defensive when I said this process is very frustrating and then just hung up on me.
Taylor GThe truck I rented had a malfunctioning rear door cable, which made it difficult to open and close the door. In addition, the check engine light was on, and the transmission did not shift smoothly.

Traci BCheck in was so difficult. The app wasn’t functioning. Also there were no straps or cords to secure furniture and there wasn’t even an option to add them so I assumed they would be in the car. We ended up wasting so much time with the app and then getting cords, that we were so rushed on our return.
