The check out process using the mobile device was a pain. Using an IPhone with location services on and the web and app both said couldn’t determine location. Reset password on site several times before login accepted. Got messages there were connection issues though out the process. I sure going to the counter would have saved much more time.

Keep doing what you've been doing! I handled the guy in the office my paperwork and went out to clean and park the trailer. And he was done with the check-in processing and out to help me in five minutes. It was quick and easy!

I reserved my 10’ truck online after I picked it up and got it home found that the 10’ truck did not have a ramp. Due to the items I was moving I had to have a ramp to get them loaded. So I took the truck back and they charged me full price for that truck plus miles. In addition to full price plus mileage for a 15’ foot truck. I really think I should have only had to pay the mileage on the first truck and had it swapped over to the second truck and paid the difference.

We picked up and dropped off after hours so we checked in and returned using the 24/7. It was not a good experience for us. Picking up, they put the wrong key in our box. So I had to call for help with that. It took us about an hour to get in the truck and leave. We were never able to complete the mileage and fuel on line, so I had to call the next morning and send pictures then. The truck was really rough. The people I talked to when calling in were extremely nice and very helpful, but unfortunately when we returned the truck last night , the app kept telling me that the odometer reading I entered was lower than it was when at pick up. It clearly was not. There was something in the way I was entering the reading that made it keep rolling back to zero. We sat in the UHaul parking lot for over an hour and a half on hold. I briefly spoke to someone after about 40 minutes but she transferred me to 24/7 and we sat for the remainder of the time on hold listening repeatedly to request to write a review. I kept playing around with my phone until finally it took the odometer reading and let us finish the process. Only to be told to drop the keys in the drop box. Wish I had known that an hour sooner. I would have dropped the keys and left. We never did get anyone to answer that call. We were still on hold when we left. Seriously, an hour and a half later. All of this when we were bone tired after a long hard day.We would think long and hard about doing this again. It was an awful experience.

4832b80c-ea76-430f-9f63-aac900c9834b. The service was great. I tried to leave comments yesterday and the top line is the fault. The young lady at the counter tried her best and finally exceeded at finding a way to give me the trailer I rented. I had to drive to the location as the phone person that started the reservation was useless. Wanting information I could not provide without the vehicle. When I dropped the trailer off the young man was having issues with the system also. The counter lady that I made the reservation was great. She even took time to come out to the trailer and shake my hand and thank me for renting with them. The employer is lucky to have a lady like her.
