The cable on the door broke could not get anybody to come and fix it. We just had to manhandle it to get it open and get it shut. I rent from you all two times a year they act like it was our fault that it broke you could see it was just a clamp broke off of it. I had insurance on the truck anyway, but they still act like it was our fault they should’ve gave me at least a day off of the rent for the aggravation. Thank you.

YOUYOU MWe were given inaccurate information by phone when we called about renting and paying with cash. I feel as if that information should have been known by the service rep we spoke with. There were a few dash lights that came on during the drive but would often go back off.
