Setup a backup option for when mobile pickup system is not time. functioning. I kept getting an error message that my location couldn't be found when I was inside the uHaul location with my cellphone location on. It's better if doing the self checkout that you show the gas gauge better. I returned the truck at what I thought was displayed when I got the truck and ended up having to still pay because it was displayed differently when I returned it.April T.

I will NEVER rent from this company again if I can help it. I have rented trucks and utility vans before from other companies and there were no surprises. This was not my U-haul experience. You're full of surprises. I love the way my costs went from 19.00 to 90.00 as if by magic. Love how I only went 25 miles in the truck, put a couple of gallons of gas back in the tank and still got charged for gas. It seems they conveniently forgot to tell me the truck was in gas-guzzle mode Great customer service. For 100.00, I could have hired some guys to do the job! Better to go to some place like Enterprise where the vehicles are in better shape, they don't nit pick over a pint or two of gas, they won't charge you if a leaf and a little dirt gets left behind, they will come and pick you up, and I am willing to wager they will do it all FOR LESS than what I just paid. I know a utility van would've cost much less, and that would've suited my purposes. Yeah, you got me with the 19.99 schtick for the first and last time, U-haul. I never liked surprise parties, especially ones I have to pay for. I will be avoiding your festivities henceforth and will stick with options that I know are more customer-friendly.Edney J.

This truck needed ABS System because it was leaking brake fluid and power steering fluid. It was very difficult to drive and horrible on gas . Tire pressure sensors kept on. I called roadside assistance online to be placed on hold and then disconnected. I will never rent from U-Haul again. This was a very dangerous ride for meBianca W.
Tow Haul feature on truck is on by default each time you start the engine. I'm not sure how I supposed to remember to turn it off each time. Yes, there is a yellow light, but it is easy to miss (evidenced by the fact that I missed it), thereby wasting gas.William J.

I used the app to get the U-Haul. First the picture they said was my truck wasn't so I had to locate mine on my own and they didn't put the dolly on the truck. I called twice explaining it wasn't on the truck but haven't been refunded for the amount of the rental of the dolly.Desera P.

They were closed and didnt open until 9 am. My rental agreement stated that the truck had to be returned at 8am. I never made contact with humans. The parking and lot was very tight for a 26 foot truck to make it.ANTHONY J.

The associates at Compass self storage provided excellent customer service but. prior to that I had the pleasure of visiting three other U-Haul locations that were not very helpful. This has by far been my worst experience with U-Haul. There were no associates at my scheduled pick up location at 10 AM . The second location I was greeted by to attack dogs only to leave there and go to a official U-Haul site that was full of trucks but, nothing available. The Compass self storage location was able to help after three failed attempts at other facilities.WESLEY W.

There is an employee named Patti who works at this location and she is Beyond Awesome. I am not a "Reviewer", because I feel like it takes up too much of my time, but I had to express to you How Wonderful this woman was. One of the trucks were not back on time but she stayed later just to check it in. Not only did she treat Me with kindness and respect but the person who was extremely late; she was cordial and very sweet towards him. You don't see a lot of Customer Service like this. Patti did not know my situation but she was compassionate as if she did. Needless to say I was very thankful for her being there.Tora M.

Due to a discrepancy from the Conyers location off dogwood the associate at the Sigman location thoroughly took her time to explain to me all the actions I needed to do and calling customer service she even gave me back my receipt for proof and also altered my fuel because of the discrepancy of a initial that that it was invalid but she heard me out and she directed me where I needed to go in policy and procedure she didn't tell me anything that she thought she was all booked with me and I could really appreciate that and I appreciate the fact that she gave me the tools and avenues of where I need to go to get the situation addressed and adhere to with proper procedures had she had not did that I'll be paying for something that I didn't even get without full notice she explained this usually happens because of business but we all have to be honest and keep our integrity had I known this location was a U-Haul it's literally 2 minutes from me I should have went here to avoid all the confusion what stood out to me was she knew the policy and procedures and she gave me those answers concrete with Assurance in customer service of what I needed to doSHAMIKA M.
