My pickup location was changed last minute and the new location didn’t have the truck when I arrived. I was then sent to a different location. Delayed me an hour and incurred significant additional mileage. At the end, the dropoff location given to me by u-haul wouldn’t allow me to return the truck either. Said I was at the wrong place, even after I confirmed I was at the address from my confirmation email. Just a completely frustrating experience on what was already a stressful moving day. Completely ruined my day and my experience with u-haul.
