DEBORAH WU haul was dirty inside candy all over floor and inside of the truck stinks really bad. I had to sanitizer it before driving.And so did the back of the truck when you lift the door up. I had to let it air out before loading my stuff in it.Truck on empty which was ok no problem U-Haul reimburse me for the gas that I did put in thank you 😁 usually don't have a problem renting a truck at that location normally trucks are pretty clean. I know things happen. Not complaining but just to let you guys know ..Rita Johnson
Rita jThe truck we reserved was dirty so we ask for the another truck on site. This was granted but this truck was worse, dog food left in the truck and the windows were filthy inside and out. I have the video to show proof and to top it off there was no air vent was blowing hot air. I paid $300 and was I was very disappointed, never had this issue before with U-Haul. I felt like I was taking advantage of, this should out had happen and I should not been charged the amount I was charged. 😡😡😡😡😡

Anthony DI was charged an additional $85 dollars when I should’ve been charged $32 plus taxes for the additional mileage.
