The vehicle was old which had rubber cushion around the door frame falling off, the brakes were not in superior working condition, the brakes had to be pumped to stop., There were no back view mirrors.

gomes mThis location gets several thumbs up. I was moving my belongings out of storage at this location. I finally found a place to live. Everyone is so helpful and do it with a smile. I've never had any issues with this facility. I really don't see a need to improve. When it's not broke don't try fixing it. Charles made sure that the experience was great. He carries an excellent customer service skills. When I returned the truck Mr. Larry was in the office he was efficient and thorough. He answered all my questions and my husband's questions with a smile and a willingness to help. Thank you both.
