This location gets several thumbs up. I was moving my belongings out of storage at this location. I finally found a place to live. Everyone is so helpful and do it with a smile. I've never had any issues with this facility. I really don't see a need to improve. When it's not broke don't try fixing it. Charles made sure that the experience was great. He carries an excellent customer service skills. When I returned the truck Mr. Larry was in the office he was efficient and thorough. He answered all my questions and my husband's questions with a smile and a willingness to help. Thank you both.

MELVA BWorked great getting truck at storage location . Lock was already on the combination but luckily the key was in place. The app should have more prominent instructions on what to hit to start processing. Less of an issue on return but both ways it should be more prominent.
