Make sure to clean out the driving area. There was pet hair on the passenger seat and I'm allergic to pet dander. Wasn't as bad as some rentals were in the past, but, if the renter before me was charged for not cleaning the vehicle, you should refund their money. Just saying.MARCUS M.

They was so busy I was going to ask him to help with this and also this wasn't the location I requested for my order and needed to drop there because I had some large items to leave at location. I had to unload what I supposed to drop there and haul on my pick up truck. This whole thing was just a mess for me this weekend. I would like any fees I paid pass $306.00 that included the hand truck fees which I think should have been free with what u all done with my order. Mind you the Org order was done by one of your locations in Marietta Ga I did not do this online myself. I'm sure you all not going to do anything about all this but I had to let you know I'm totally disappointedTOMMY W.

Truck had warning lights on, steering felt like driving with spaghetti noodles, cab reeked of body odor, the floors had dirt and small bits of mud. Additionally when returning the truck online, I tried to say that it needed to be cleaned and you wanted to charge me $25 to do it. But there was nowhere for me to tell you that it needed to be cleaned BEFORE it was given to me not that I made it dirty. Thank god I didn't have to drive anywhere far because either the smell or the questionable steering would have likely killed me.Tim V.

The U-Haul was dirty and had ants all in the back, seats, and the dashboard. Took video and pics of the ants then showed it to the attendant, he just shrugged his shoulders. This location is convenient but I will never use it again.Jose B.

All told it was a fine experience. Returning the truck was an issue as there wasn't anyone there to receive the return. I used the drop box but was charged for an extra day. After a bit of time on hold I was able to get the extra day refunded so that worked out. Otherwise I will rent from them again. Nice trucks close to home. Thanks!kevin N.

When I got to the location, they had a sign on the door saying to be back at 1:45 they didn't get back till after two. Also, when I brought the truck back. I called earlier that day before I had to return the vehicle and told them I was going to be returning it that day, then the lady called and was EXTREMELY rude bc I was 2 hours late and told me she was going to file a police report if I didn't bring it back in 2 hours, even though j talked to them that morning letting them know. She said I needed to do the right thing because someone had rented it before I did and I got it first. She made me feel like it was my fault that I got the vehicle before someone else. I was quoted by the call center a rate 97$ for the the tow dolly with a 15' truck. When I arrived at my reserved time to pick up the tow dolly and truck, this location stated the price for the tow dolly was 475$. I explained this was not the correct quoted price and the location only deferred to the computer and said I would have to pay that full amount up front to pick up my reserved items. As with most of your customers I was on a tight schedule with no choice but to pay the incorrect amount. I found out later that 97$ was the correct price for a tow dolly rented as a combo with a truck and that a uhaul employee/contractor should know this as basic information. This location made no attempt to correct the mistake which tells me they knowingly took 378$ out of my pocket. The locations only advice was to file a claim for that amount after the items were returned.Jodie M.

On Saturday 8/22/2020, the female customer service representative told me to wait outside because only one person was allowed in the building. While I was waiting outside the building, two more customers were allowed to go inside the building to wait. I felt discriminated against because of my race.
