For moves in late July in Atlanta, knowing your truck has no AC in advance is a must.
JASON DReturn was made late at night. The parking area for the truck was well lit, clean, very well organized with the other trucks/trailers on site, large enough to easily back the truck into an available spot, key drop box was easy to find. Phone call with a person at that location the next day was friendly, helpful and professional.

MICHELLE MNot the fault of the employee, but the U-Haul system was down and would not allow me to collect the key and vehicle without going in. Everything was completed on the app and included, but in the building, it took 30 minutes because the system was slow and everything had to be re-entered, thereby wasting my time.
