Could use a little maintenance

gordon bI returned the rental 2 days early and promised a refund and never received it. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and no one is responding by phone or email. I had to purchase wiper fluid and the reservoir had a leak. No way to clean my windshield during a snow storm.No refund for the fluid. The representative lied to me then when the transaction was completed I am ignored.

Edward RHave spear tires on hand for unnoticed flats. I hitched the auto transport and saw nothing bad, until I put my vehicle on it. That's when you could actually see that a tire was flat. We had to wait about 3 hours to get roadside service because of miscommunication from the roadside service dispatcher.

GORDON BGET RID OF THE MOBILE SHARE 24/7 CRAP. IT DIDNT WANT TO WORK. THE OLD WAY IS WAY EASIER AND SIMPLER. IT TOOK ME 2 HOUR TO PICK UP A TRUCK.
Raymond BI put 30 miles on a small 10’ truck. I prepaid for 25 miles when picked up. I put over 2 gallons of gas in truck when returned, & then I was charged for 2 more gallons @ $3.50 a gal....thats robbery! Also, was quoted .49 per mile & then the next day quoted .59 per miles. Gas is $1.60 per gal today....& dropping drastically....why the increase? I ended up with Compass (& that’s fine) because Mac Allen Storage was very ugly & difficult to deal with. Due to the $$ I had to pay for extra gallons of gas....I may not use UHaul again.....really....over 4 gallons of gas for 30 miles on a small 10 ft truck!? Not good business

Pauliette BWorst experience I ever had with U-Haul. I had a confirmation number at another location, but when I got there, they didn't have my truck. Not sure what happened, but suspect they rented to someone else. In any case, after complaining the attendant made another reservation for a much smaller truck at this location. I had to have it back by 4 PM (which was extremely difficult for my schedule) and had to drive it all the way from Clayton NC to Goldsboro costing me an extra $30 in miles. My original reservation had me dropping it off in Clayton. I'm still unhappy with the entire process. How does a company lose a reservation that has a confirmation number? Terrible process.
Mark EThis is the second time I have rented a utility trailer with a motorcycle chock and the second time the incorrect one was made available for pickup that did not have the motorcycle chock. The first time, I reserved the trailer online and the picture showed the chock. When I picked it up the attendant said the system does not distinguish between trailers with and without chock and I need to reserve them in person. The second time I went to a Uhaul facility and talked to a person. Explained the problem I had last time and I needed a trailer with a motorcycle chock. They assured me the system does differentiate between trailers and if the picture shows a chock then the trailer will have a chock. I found out this was incorrect when I picked up the trailer a few days later, it did not have a chock. Another one was available at a different location but it was very frustrating. Uhaul needs to inventory their trailers to specify trailers with and without motorcycle chocks. I was moving out of state and drove 200 miles to pickup the trailer to get my motorcycle. I would have wasted a lot of time and money if the correct trailer that I was promised was not available.
Jason DI used the 24/7 so was disappointed when I did not have a dolly I ordered. At check in the agent was very amenable though, and explained that dollies were rare like 'gold' and did not charge me.
