You rented a truck to a false name and email account! I have never lived in Tennessee and did not rent anything. Way to check ID people! Caused a whirlwind of shit for me to address!

Not overly impressed with the customer service I received. Employee seemed angry and like he hated his job and didn’t want to be there, but he was knowledgeable and got the job done.

Given I had uploaded my license, reserved a truck a week in advance and rented two other times from U Haul, I would have expected a quicker check in. I had to load my license again and wait on approvals. I would have expected the approvals to have already been done when I choose to pick up online. Checkout was great, truck was clean, no problems.

The cab smelled like someone had just smoked 3 packs of cigarettes immediately before I first unlocked the doors to get inside. Once I got the truck to my house and opened the back gate, the box was filthy with dust, dirt, dead bugs, and a terrible odor, as well. There were also questionable stains on the interior walls that appeared to be blood. Not sure what the process is on cleaning the trucks after use, but this one needs some TLC. I don't understand the advertisement of the $19.99 start fee on the back of a truck but charge me $100 for a move that was 50 miles round trip that was completed in 8 hrs. Will not be using UHAUL again.

Please, your customers don’t read the policy and rules perfectly. So, please adjust this condition ( if your customer yeturned the th trust over gas (more than the required) refund the difference to your customers because this is the fair

The guy at the front desk was exceptionally rude. He literally turned his back to me and spoke, explaining the contract and terms of the rental. When we pulled around back to get the truck, he pointed toward the truck. No manners and extremely disrespectful.
