I returned this vehicle through the app on 5/17/26 around 4:30. The app kept trying to finish after we completed all steps. I let the app run for an hour after dropping off the truck. I have a photo of the fuel level when this vehicle was dropped off. It was closer to half a tank. I should not have been charged for gas.

DANIEL NThe truck was in need of Major repairs and was given to me it stopped with 2 hours of pickup and had to have tech come out it needed a battery replacement and alternator and the Transmission according to the technician that was sent out. I rented this truck as a small business owner concession tent and because I had an event which I missed and loss income. The wait time was Ridiculous and the fact I wasn't brought a replacement and I requested a return call from management here it is Tuesday and still no call. I'm very disappointed with my experience
