I was told that this location will not be renting trailer soon due to the decision of upper management I can promise you this will lose a lot of business this will be a inconvenience to me and others who rent trailers from here and who have storages here also.This is not a good business move everyone will move there storages down the street to migard u haul down the street.I hope these comments will help you guys reconsider this matter thanks.Tirrell G.

The truck was difficult to find and not in the best shape. I worried that it was going to break down and thought it was at one point, even going just the 5 minutes that I drove it. The horn didn't work, and the steering was really loose so it was difficult to drive. There was limited parking and the location was difficult to pull into and figure out what to do and where to go without blocking the entrance. However, the staff was super friendly and very helpful!Tracy G.

The truck was clean and ran fine, better than other vehicles I have rented. The person running the location was nice and knowledgeable. My biggest issue is that after I was done with the rental I was being charged roughly SIX times the miles than I actually drove. I rented the truck in order to pickup a grill from the Home Depot which was roughly 4-5 miles from the rental location and I live right at 1.5 miles from the rental location and roughly the same distance to Home Depot. I checked the vehicle out at approximately 9:30 and had it back less than 90 minutes after I left. I would have gotten it back even sooner but had to handle a quick task at my house first. When I reserved the vehicle I specifically stated I would be traveling roughly 15 miles and would need it for no more than two hours. There is no way possible I could have driven 83 miles between the time I picked up the truck to when I returned it. When I left the rental location I had the foresight to look at the trip odometer and the reading was 782 miles, when I returned the odometer was at 796 miles, basically 1 mile less than what I estimated. The woman who was running the location did ask me if I wanted to stay to check in and I honestly did not feel like I needed to because the experience had been very good up to that point. Then I got the receipt showing I was being overcharged by an excessive amount. This was not the first time I have run into issues with mileage being overstated at the time of the check in. I usually take pictures of the various odometers before I leave a rental location because this practice of padding the bill with phantom mileage seems to be an issue across U-Haul rental centers here in metro Atlanta. I don't know if whoever was manning the rental center didn't update logs for mileage or whatever but it is an extremely poor business practice to do so. This incident has left a very bad taste with me and if it comes down to having to rent a truck in the future I will check to see if there are other truck rental places, like Penske's, that can be used.Philip K.

The lady who helped me was great. She even let me leave the trailer so I could go grab some dinner and return at closing time to pick up the trailer. On top of that she provided me some extra boxes at no charge since they did not have any Uhaul moving blankets available. Uhaul company should make the blankets available.Dillon H.

There wasn't enough gas in the truck when I picked the truck up and I almost ran out of gas. I wasn't aware that there wasn't enough gas in the truck until I had packed the truck and was leaving to go to my location and the truck didn't want to start because I was parked at a slight incline. The place I went to after picking up the truck was less than a mile away. The needle was a little below 1/4th tank of gas when I picked the truck and that is not enough gas when renting a truck out to someone. I had to go the opposite direction of my next location to get gas quickly which caused me to have more mileage that I had to pay extra for. I told the agent at the store about it but he didn't acknowledge it or offer an apology.Carrie P.

The computer was not working and the employee was not that skilled in utilizing the iPad. It took a long time to get checked in and obtain the keys. I would suggest getting the equipment in working order and having someone consistently at the desk. My pick up location was changed three times, going further and further away. The last CS rep I spoke to, Kristen or Kirsten, has no business dealing with your customers. Talked over me constantly, interrupted and hung up. I had a guaranteed reservation and she kept telling me I was a level 3 wait list. Not true. I was justifiably angry but could have easily been defused with the most basic customer interaction skills. Bad experience. But pick up location was great.GLENN B.

Understand the problems I had with this rental had nothing to do with the location. They treated me excellent. But uhaul itself made me a reservation for 7 am at a facility that didn't open until 9:30. Needless to say my reservation was cancelled. Sarah took great care of me at compass storage. But I was not happy with Uhaul and will think twice before using you again. You should thank Sarah and her employees for covering your butts.SHELDON B.

UHaul Scheduling Dept was a bad experience ( My preference location 📍 was given and then taken away 24 hours B4 my pickup day I called asked what happened Then was given a private business rep of UHaul - The inside of driver & Passenger car was not cleaned down Non sanitized the windows should've been cleaned and the area to place drink to. The Gas was not a money saver. It cost over $300. In gas alone for a one way from GA TO NY the gas gauge seemed broken. UHaul need to upgrade all there trucks. Remove the middle holder so the passenger legs have a little stretch. I willing to design the Uhaul.. I had to call Customer Service to find a location that would accept the one way 20 ft truck Long wait...so I called my favorite Uhaul location in Brooklyn, New York, on 394 4Th Ave Park slope Lady answered asked what size truck I had. Then said yes, we will take the truck And if I come after 7 pm there will be some guys there till 9 pm. Great! Got there walked up to store area after parking in return area of UHaul. The rep took the Key and said your good to go. Took the concern about the truck responsibility out of my hands.ANDRE S.
