The pick up was a bit confusing and took a little longer to get the van, than expected. We laughed, because it felt like we were in the Great American U-Haul race...do this and then go over here and do this. We didn't know anything about having to do it all through an app. It was quite comical. The van was in great shape...nice and clean, drove great. We're glad we chose U-Haul over some of the other rentals.
