Location hours were wrong on the U-Haul website (said 9am opening when they open at 10am), and on top of that they opened late (staff opened the doors at 10:17am).

the car was a real junk . I could hardly open and close the back door . it wasn't clean. when I was checking the car at the starting time it was so dirty so I couldn't check it exactly. the car oil needed to be changed ASAP , and I saw the notification showed there every 2 minutes " change the oil ASAP"

PRASHANTAGOUDA PThis location is not easily accessible. There is a long line up and the shop is understaffed. Moreover they're always on the phone while attending customers and not efficient. Communication can be improved.
Arjun SThe store was supposed to be open at 9:30 but no one show up until 10:25. Granted my pick up was at 10:30, I arrived 20 mins early and there was a frightening moment that I wouldn't be able to get the van and move on time
