Location hours were wrong on the U-Haul website (said 9am opening when they open at 10am), and on top of that they opened late (staff opened the doors at 10:17am).
Sadiyah Jthe car was a real junk . I could hardly open and close the back door . it wasn't clean. when I was checking the car at the starting time it was so dirty so I couldn't check it exactly. the car oil needed to be changed ASAP , and I saw the notification showed there every 2 minutes " change the oil ASAP"

PRASHANTAGOUDA PThis location is not easily accessible. There is a long line up and the shop is understaffed. Moreover they're always on the phone while attending customers and not efficient. Communication can be improved.
