SIDHARTH RNo room to park a car while using Uhaul; when I returned there was no parking space for me to park the uhaul truck and the parking space (even if was available would be so small, I would not want to park the uhaul van in it). Also, if you are charging by the km, why do you also charge for gas? Just mix it in and do a single charge. I"m not going to rent a van for 4 hours, drive 30km and fill the tank back up. That is ridiculous. It would cost me 2 km more just to go to the gas station!
Alistair FFinally, this location and the U-haul representative were good. It seems to be a reliable place with good equipment (a minivan, in my case) which I dare to recommend and I will also return over-there in case I need to rent another minivan again.
MUGUR MSmall, messy place.... upon return, the owner/operator accused me of not refueling, even though I put more gas than needed (I do have pictures / receipt to prove it). Not impressed at all.

JEFFREY AGetting in contact during the rental period was impossible! The UHaul phone system put me on hold forever, so I texted and I also emailed two different email addresses connected to the rental agreement to say that we needed to keep the truck longer. I could not get in touch with anyone. This is a UHaul issue, not the fault of the location where I rented it. Better customer service is needed!
ROSS MThis was my first time renting from U-Haul so I don't have a baseline to compare your rates with other rentals but I thought it was fairly reasonable. One minor detail, I think it would be good idea to have an abbreviated version of the owners' manual showing where some essential functions like the windshield wipers and how to operate it. It started to rain quite heavily on the highway and trying to figure out where the wiper was located was tense for a few moments.
SANG LIt would be nice to have some towelettes to clean the dashboard or any other areas that require cleanup. Some Lysol wipes or something like that. Other than that I was pleasantly surprised at the whole experience and the quality of the cargo van that I rented. I was driving over the Coquihalla highway and was nervous about the power of the van and if it could make it. It was very powerful and I had no problems at all with the vehicle.

Julie CThe experience was mostly OK, except the van was parked at an angle when I picked it up, and the gas tank was not full, I took a picture of whare the needle was on the gauge. I returned the van with the same amount of gas, but the U-haul rep said I would be charged for gas. I filled the tank and in total it was 35 dollars in gas to derive 22 KMs, which is outrageous. I would have been been better off if I had rented from another company and would have had the vehicle for a 24 hr period.

Crystal RI didn't know that there was a U-Haul location at Computer Depot in North Vancouver. When I finally got there, the tire on the van that I booked had a flat tire. I booked it for an 11 am pickup, and it wasn't ready until 3 pm. We were moving from one condo building to another, and you have to book and pay for the elevator out and then into the new one. Missing 4 hours of the day royally screwed us up. The guy at Computer Depot didn't seem to know what to do. I think that you can tell that I am not happy at all, and I expect something to be done as I should not have to pay anything at all for this rental. Ewen JI uploaded personal information to your website at the time of reservation. At rental location I was told my information needed to be done. We made three more attempts and finally it was done manually. (1)So where did my personal information go? (2) How secure is it? and (3) why is your site so useless at this most important aspect of the rental transaction? Your lawyers will tell you that you are treading a fine line here.
