Crystal R.I didn't know that there was a U-Haul location at Computer Depot in North Vancouver. When I finally got there, the tire on the van that I booked had a flat tire. I booked it for an 11 am pickup, and it wasn't ready until 3 pm. We were moving from one condo building to another, and you have to book and pay for the elevator out and then into the new one. Missing 4 hours of the day royally screwed us up. The guy at Computer Depot didn't seem to know what to do. I think that you can tell that I am not happy at all, and I expect something to be done as I should not have to pay anything at all for this rental.
