The drop off was fast and easy
JONATHAN MAll i know is uhual company is a mess. I tried to turn in my rental at the designated spot for 2 days and the app as well as online my reservation wouldnt show. The customer care gave me the biggest run around ever so for 2 days i was past due to turn in the truck while i was sitting in the parking lot of the return location that wasnt even opened on the inside. 0/10 dont recommend the stress !! Not worth it look elsewhere for moving equipment

AUTUMN HOnly negative issue was I made myreservation a week in advance including a furniture dolly. They did not have a dolly for me. The employee acted like he didn't really care and asked me if I still wanted the truck.

John CMy experience was below average because I paid for an appliance dolly and a regular dolly and when I arrived to pick up my truck, neither was in the truck and the business was not open. This was a major inconvenience on moving day. The truck ran just fine.

INGRID TThere are two U-Haul locations in Yucca Valley...happily they work in perfect sync and are both staffed by excellent, helpful folks. I've had nothing but perfect experiences. I have worked most with the folks from Computor Zone (yes, that's the spelling) and they have always gone above and beyond to help me with my specific needs. Totally recommended.
MARK POwner was the nicest guy. Had some issues with the other U-Haul in Yucca - not owned by the same person. This location was great. Highly recommend.

CRAIG CBe sure to check the tire condition. I didn’t and when I turned it in 700 miles later the attendant said “ you are sure lucky” ! The tires were totally bald and that is not a joke. I doubt I will go back to the Yucca Valley store again.

CRAIG CBe honest with people , don’t over charge people, give them their receipt and tell people what they are being charged and what was the total amount, have employees actually know how to do their job and not be accused of stealing the U-Haul , have open communication with other employees and customers.
JACKIE RWebsite and sign on door said they closed at 3. We rushed to make sure the truck was unloaded with enough time to get there. Showed up at about 2:30 and they were closed with no one around. I dropped the key in the lockbox but my preference is to talk to someone when turning in a truck like this.
CHRISTOPHER GI rent the truck for one day, I have to return yesterday at 2;47 but y return one hour late, he charges two days more finaly I paid 3 days, I dont understand why 3 days, this person is not a honest guy to work on this business, I don recomended this place

Denise BThe location I picked up from was wonderful The reason why I would not recommend U-Haul to a friend is the fact that the truck I was originally reserved for me and even confirmed was than canceled and when the lady called me and told me she said I’d have to go to hemet to pick my truck up instead of Palm Springs where I reserved it and when I told her I couldn’t do that she disappeared from the phone call When u reserve something and than get confirmation that it’s yours it should be This experience was stressful and messed up

Emanuel CThe Uhal is very nice company. I any month use the Uhal and I very happy with. Very nice customer service, but This location is I don’t recommend. They charge me extra $30 for insurance. I tel them I have Comertial insurance and I have A class DL.
