The upfront fees were not explained thoroughly, which was disappointing. The original truck we wanted and paid for he told us he couldn't find the keys so he gave us the smaller one with no discount. We were charged for gas when we returned the truck OVER the gas limit it was given to us (we got in on quarter tank, we filled the tank up). He charged us for the cleaning fee when we made sure to clean the truck out before returning it, it was overall a bad experience.
