I had a trailer reserved for a location up the street and then I get a call the day before that no trailer was available after I took off work to get yard art. I was told they gave my trailer to someone who had reserved one two weeks before met. Double booking and then canceling at the last minute is poor customer service . Then I get a call that this other location had one at the last minute. So once again I had to shuffle my schedule around to make it work. This is a comment about Uhaul and not the location.

The person who checked us in wasn't super helpful, wasn't friendly, seemed annoyed with my questions. It felt like we were bothering him rather than feeling like he was there to help us with a routine process. I was also frustrated that the price online was $153 and at check out it was over $200. The attendant wasn't helpful in explaining why.
