First, I was passed along to 3 other locations because you didn't have the truck I reserved a month earlier. Then... This location is a service station. The clerk had no idea how to get the truck. So I used app. However, my credit card transaction was declined multiple times, on multiple cards. I called customer service and the very nice person spent 1.5 hours on the phone with me and the station owner until she finally found out that this owner had a known issue with their Merchant ID and that was causing the problem. Because of the delay, I lost my movers, missed my family's departure, and had to spend another night in town.
