The guy at the desk was clueless. Instead of being able to go to the desk as we requested we ended up having to do it through the app which takes forever. Y his was the third place we were supposed to do the pick up. It as ridiculous. Why give us options where we want to pick it up if you make us drive all over. You move the truck to the location where it is needed.

First time ever renting a uhaul. Made sure everything was paid and completed. Today I get a random $50 charge on my card. Very upset. I even called after my truck was dropped off to make sure everything was done. I even took a screenshot of my receipt
Jazzmine LTruck was absolute trash and had to be towed away and they STILL charged me a FORTUNE to "refuel" a flipping 1/8 of a tank even though it was towed away and I didnt have the ability to refuel it

Christopher MThe gas tank was not full at pick up. I went back inside to tell the check out person and he told me he knew and that it would be reflected on my paperwork. He said the paperwork would be emailed to me so I had no way to check prior to driving away. When I got paperwork, it said the tank was full which was not true. Very frustrating considering I picked up the truck at a gas station !!!!
