The lock and key situation was well explained, but there should have been more emphasis on using the app. I thought I could just open the lock, turn on the truck, and leave. No, there were a million steps that had to be completed in the app. Someone should advise customers to give themselves at least 15 minutes to work through the app prompts.

Kenny OThe parking lot is rough. I ended up needing a dolly but couldn't get one at this location because it was closed. I called uhaul who then sent me to another location in the rental truck just to find out they didn't have any to rent. I ended up going to buy one from home depot. However I wasted gas, time and money. Not a great ordeal.

NOAH WMade an online reservation. I have a credit card on file because in late 2024 I had two truck rentals and a trailer rental and pulled two trailers for you to Texas. There was only one trailer 6x12 in the lot, so I backed up to it and went inside. I was told to wait, when I went to the desk I got my Dr Lic. and credit card out right away, it took a while for her to pull up the papers. She than told me my card did not pre- process and ran my card. She again said it would not process. This is my main card and has a $11,000.00 line and only had about $1,700.00 on it. I went outside to call Wells Fargo to see it there was a problem, there was NOT, and was told there was no indication that a request had even been received. I told the person that, and she did it again this time she processed it. As a customer that has spent more than $3,500 on rentals and boxes in the last 6 months this delay and embarrassment in front of people is not good business. I will think twice about my rental location selections in the future. And will tell anyone that asks about my experience at that location. Bruce A Adams 612-965-9880.
BRUCE AObviously a homeless person was living in the back. There was food and urine in the back of the truck.
Candace SEveryone at the location where I picked up my equipment was friendly and very knowledgeable. They made my rental experience smooth and easy to pick up and drop off. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends. U-Haul you did great my friend.

Jesse JOnly thing I did not like is I feel Uhaul is overpriced on the tow dolly they need to be mor reasonable The week before this same tow dolly was quoted at 65.00 and then the next week it doubles I think you are gouging me!!!!!!

Arthur REquipment was clean however there were a few cigarette butts in the back, which we got rid of. Great experience with checking in, we returned the truck that same evening, it was rented, just after hours.

James RI dropped the truck off the night before it was due and checked it in but I was charged for an extra day when it was returned on time. I called the location ti make sure it showed the truck was checked in and the lady was not very polite in assisting me. I should not have been charged for an extra day when truck was returned on time.

Francisco LJoe M was impersonal and behaved annoyed that I was picking up a trailer. Even though I had reserved the trailer previously through a phone call, Joe stated he needed the trailer back by 200pm because it was going back out at 400pm. Rather than argue, the trailer was to be used through the day, trailer was dropped off by 200pm. Mike the person that helped attach the trailer was very personable.

hans kWindshield was full of bug splatter. Reservation was moved to this location because original place didn't have the equipment needed, however neither did this location. Had to go to a separate store for furniture pads.
Rhonda SThis location was to be 24hr return service per web. a specific trip was made after a 3 hour trip to return the trailer. upon arrival, it was discovered the facility was closed, gates were locked, there was no place to leave the trailer due to limited space in entry drive. there was no contact number for after hours or closed hours to drop trailer. required second trip the next day to return the trailer. time, gas and inconvenience. we chose the spot as specifically stated on your web page that it was a 24 hour return location.

Cody WThe truck cab and windows were dirty. Transmission made sounds over 60 mph. Truck had 126,000 miles. Maybe not the best choice for a 1700 mile drive. Trailer instructions were short. Had to load my own vehicle.

don nThe cab unit was full of dog hair and generally nasty upon pick-up. I cleaned it before loading-out and before return.
