I do not have a smart phone and will not be getting one anytimem soon. Requiring everything be done by the mobile app was frustrating. The staff at this location was very helpful and used her smart phone for the parts I was supposed to do, but the fact that she could not complete the check out or return on her desktop because of the way you have set the system up seems ridiculous to me.

No one was at the actual UHaul office. I was assisted by the representative of UHaul at the business next door. Joshua stated he used to work for UHaul and he still helps people return equipment (at the Airport Rd location) frequently. That would be fine if I knew to expect that. Again--that said, Joshua was very pleasant and efficient. I need to rent again for a repeat trip this coming week. Your people are great and I have no hesitation renting from UHaul again

The only issue I had was the fuel fee, which I didn’t think was expressed very well when I originally rented the truck. I felt like everything else was sort of laid out except for this. It was frustrating because, for twenty miles worth of driving, I had to pay $21 dollars because my gas gauge had moved this barely noticeable increment. Besides this, everything was great.

Had to go to another location. First location car trailer was hooked up. And pulling it out to check it out before leaving. Found it had a flat. Had to unhook it and go to another location. Inspection of the trailer before a reservation would be a lot better.

I initially went to the spring cypress store, where no trailers were available. This store was also having computers installed so was very limited on helping my find a different location. They ultimately gave me the Houston area phone number to call and have one located and make a reservation. I finally made a reservation for another spring location off of aldine westfield. Upon going there, the trailer lights only worked on one side, and the wires to the trailer were found to be in poor condition and frayed. I then had to make a second reservation in Conroe, where I was able to quickly and successfully obtain trailer. However I would have thought that maybe I would have received a discount for all the trouble I had to go through just to rent a trailer. I left to go find a trailer around 9 in the morning and did not successfully get one until 12 and had to drive all the way from spring to Conroe and then go back to spring to get my stuff. Now I know I could have avoided all of this by making a reservation sooner, however I did attempt to online and the system would not let me go forth past the warning for my hitch max weights, and nor did it prompt me that I must call to make a reservation for trailers. Just overall, not so great of an experience.

While this location was very helpful, it was not the location that Uhaul "confirmed" my reservation at. The original location did not have the item as "confirmed" but the counter staff called and finally located one for me. This cost me an hour extra of my time and wasted fuel. Uhaul should not give confirmations out if they do not have the equipment.

4x8 Cargo Trailer had minorprevious repair to top right corner, several other blemishes however advised Uhaul Customer Service and.uploaded.pictures. Great service at both pick up and drop locations ~ easy process to rent and return, would use Uhaul in future!.

Our super bad experience had nothing to do with Conroe Business Furniture. The woman helping us did everything she could to make things right. First, UHaul changed our pick up location without notifying us. We got the email notice after we were at the 2nd location 30 min away. Second, even though I had checked in online to have an "express check out", UHaul's software wouldn't let the local agent finalize the contrarctt so we could get the truck and leave. It took over an hour (and we were the only customers at the time). Our agent had to wait on the phone for 20 minutes on the dealer contact line (I was still waiting on the public contact phone line) to get someone to pick up and help us. The first customer service person who answered couldn't help and gave our agent bad advice so we had to call BACK! Our second call also took forever but finally we got the truck. Then to add insult to injury... there was no padlock to secure the truck. So, we had a truck but anyone could access it until we stopped and got our own padlock. Terrible customer service, terrible support and both made a long, hard day even longer and harder.

The vehicle did not have cruise control, ( I drove 2200 miles from Houston tx. To Pendelton Or.). The vehicle should also have the hands free phone service thru the radio for safety.

While the customer service was great, our truck was poorly maintained and broke down on our trip. We were on hold for over 30 minutes in the middle of the night seeking assistance. The radiator hose was clearly in disrepair when rented to us.

So, I will start at the beginning. My order was placed on-line on U-haul's website. I received a confirmation from U-haul for my order: 1-26' U-haul Truck 1-Automobile Dolly 1-Appliance Dolly 1-Furniture Dolly 5-Dozen Furniture Blankets With my selections indicated for each of the insurances for the Truck and trailer (Car Dolly). With my pick-up to be at the I-45 Conroe TX Location. However, I received a phone call indicating the U-haul had re-scheduled the pick-up to the Airport Road Conroe TX location. Upon arrival, I found that my reservation had not been fully made know to the proprietor by U-haul. They only knew that I reserved the 26' Truck and Car Dolly. It became obvious that the remainder of my reservation was not provided by the questions asked. Upon completing the rental we went outside to load my vehicle onto the Car Dolly. Afterward we checked the lights and the proprietor left. However, as I prepared to go to the hotel, I found that there was a warning light on in the Truck. After calling U-haul and speaking to the U-haul Roadside Assistance representative, we figured the warning light was most likely related to the oil. The representative scheduled a Fleet Service to come by the U-haul proprietor's location to fix the problem. So I waited and the Fleet Service Tech came within the time allowed/scheduled by U-haul and determined the issue and filled the engine with a few quarts of Chevron Delo oil. This simple issue that should have been addressed at the time U-haul checked in the truck from the previous U-haul customer. Another thing that wasn't working on the truck was the gas tank, which would act as if it was full, however it wasn't upon the checking the gauge. At first I did not know what to trust, the gauge or the fact the gas tank would not take any more fuel. This and the oil level required me to stop about every 70 to 100 miles to finally conclude the fuel gauge was accurate and the issue was the fuel tank. Also stopping often allowed me to determine that the low oil level found at the rental time did not appear to be a fast leak or consumption. But this is something U-haul should addressed before renting the truck. Other things that were not per my reservation is that U-haul did provide the U-haul proprietor with the number of furniture blankets and the furniture dolly that I had ordered. Therefore. I needed up without or substantially less than my order. Finally, later on Dec. 23 after I picked-up the Truck, Car Dolly, and what was available, I received a phone call from one of your representatives with a bad additude, stating I had not picked up the Car Dolly from a different U-haul location when the Car Dolly was already attached to the U-haul Truck and loaded with my vehicle. This issue comes back to U-haul's re-scheduling of the reservations made by their customers. This whole encounter has made me to come to one conclusion, when I move next time, I will use Penske (I

My son disconnected the trailer from my truck and left me with not knowing how to reconnect the trailer to the truck. The staff at Conroe Business Furniture came to my home and connected the trailer for me. Extremely helpful

The truck I was using is very unsafe to be driving it wonders all over the road the #6640 I got it it conroe tx and dropped it off in groves tx the front end really needs to be looked at before the truck causes a accident other wise the over all truck was good except the steering issues thank you

The U-Haul business that they do appears to be a small part of what they do. This does not appear to be a dedicated U-Haul location. The folks at this location are very nice but it is pretty far away from the highway. I would not have chosen it. It was chosen by U-Haul when I requested a modification to my contract. Other than the extra miles driven and gas used to get there and back twice, my experience was a positive one.

Hours of operation are not as advertised. After receiving a text message that my rental was "overdue" for return, I made a special trip to this location on Monday morning, May 9, 2010 at 11:00 AM only to find it closed (and my returned trailer where I left it on the previous day). I wasted over an hour trying to reach someone at the U-Haul 800 number to insure that my return was properly documented.

I wanted to extend my gratitude to Stacey from this location. She understood that I was traveling from FL(for 2 days only) and wouldn't be at her location until after she closed. I was surprised that she was willing to come back later in the day to help me with my much needed equipment. I truely appreciate her customer service and will definitely be using her service when I come back to make my final move.
