Your telephone communication is rubbish. I called the main 1800 number to return the vehicle I rang 3 times very time the connection was put through it dropped the call. You have to realize that not all locations arent going to work all the time. For instance this time. You need to have a better response to a physical begin. Sad because my last uhaul was fab experience. Consumer tire has nothing to do with crap review. It the main part of this company.

Your computer system is a mess! You charged me for two extra days when my printed contract allows for 4 days and states clearly the return date and time. You changed the drop off location on me and in the pocess changed the allowable days without telling me. I spent over an hour on the phone waiting and talking to 2 different people who couldn't get the $43 extra charge reversed. You probably paid them more to not satisfy me than the $43! I cannot trust nor will I recommend your computer system nor your phone system. Get your customer service act together! This is not specific to the drop off location.

You could read the other Review I submitted and make necessary changes. Using the UHaul App was awful. It wasted 2 hrs of our time. You made us sit for 90 minutes, waiting to get a code to the key lockbox. Most businesses would offer a refund after such a bad experience. But not UHaul. Do you really care? Or have you gotten too big and indifferent?

Information regarding rates and additional charges needs to be stated explicitly. I was not told a fee of $30 would be charged in addition to the expensive price of gas charged by the dealer to refill the tank if I was able to do it. I had to contact UHaul HQ to argue for a refund of the $30 fee - which was finally given to me.

I was guaranteed a 15 Foot box truck. When I arrived at pick up location there was only a 10 foot box truck available. IT took 30 minutes to get a UHAUL agent on the phone. Once on the phone they were not helpful. I took the 10 foot truck because i needed to move out and my belongings were getting rained on and my wife and kids waiting for me. Due to getting the smaller truck i had to take an extra trip back to my house, extra gas, extra time, extra stress. Overall, this could not have been a worse experience. I expect a full refund as well as a call to explain what happened. Please let me know who i can forward the email to which guaranteed me the 15' foot truck as proof that i was actually guaranteed. I also got a text the day before to guarantee the 15 foot at the location.

The app/website for self check in was very bad. It could not load my photo fast enough, constantly needed to be refreshed, and took me back to the beginning again. I had to call the local support person to manually give me the password for the lock, and i have to send him a photo of my license and of myself via an unsecure text message. Meanwhile, I had hired people to help me with a move who i was paying as the truck took 90 minutes to get into... Also, i was erroneously charged for gas in the truck. Equipment was fine, but really a bad service experience, and I hope that someone reads this and fixes the issues.

When I rang with a question on drop off location I was transferred three times with no context to the agent . When I was on the phone the agent said she sent me the text with the location and it took ten min to come though . She was rude . Pay peanuts you get monkeys
