Nothing against the location. The U-haul experience was frustrating and onerous. The demand for two contacts that have to pick up the phone and verify identity...are you kidding me? This after making an advanced reservation, speaking to a u-haul rep the day before, uploading photos of myself, my ID, submitting my cc information.Jared G.

I had reserved furniture pads and dollies and none were in the truck on pickup, which caused significant difficulty in a tightly schedule move.Peter S.
I called this location 3 times to confirm my reservation but the phone just rang and rang. No one ever picked up, and no one called to confirm my reservation. Also, I had requested a furniture dolly to be included in my reservation. It was not included in the truck, and I was told by a representative that this location never has dollies. Why was I able to add this to the reservation then? Also, why did they never call to let me know that this was not included? I did an online chat with U-Haul, and they said they would send me to another location to pick up a dolly, and they would call me in 5-10 minutes to confirm this. However, I didn't get a call back for an hour. At that point I gave up on the dolly and had to load everything without it. The dolly would have been a huge help because my furniture was extremely heavy, and I ended up with some damage to my furniture because we were forced to drag it at times.Jodie D.

Vehicle's gas cap was defective and I was charged an additional $20 for "return after hours" even though the vehicle was returned on the same day. I could have easily returned it the next day when shop was open to avoid this fee but no one explained to me that there would be such a charge. I believe that such charge is unfair and should be reversed. Thank youRichard D.

The UHaul representatives were supportive, knowledgeable, and helpful. The UHaul app was clear and useful, except for taking a photo of the odometer and gas consumption when returning the rented van. The photo couldn't be taken and we finally gave up.AYSE K.
Hoy charged for wrong millage, got charged way too much for the whole thing, I used the van for one trip which was 53 miles, they charge me for 116 Miles, a trip that usual costs 110$ maybe less got charged $226 What? Called customer service, provide pictures of actual millage before and after, Gas tank was 3/4 full, overall didn't like the experienceFabian R.
