Nova HI had an extremely disappointing experience at this U-Haul location. When I arrived, I had to retrieve the keys directly from the return box, which made it clear that the truck had not been properly inspected or cleaned before it was given to me. The back of the truck had broken glass, dog hair, dirt, and other debris inside. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable for a rental vehicle that I was paying for. Aside from the condition of the truck, I had to call U-Haul a total of six times trying to get assistance and resolve the issue. I was also told I would receive an email regarding compensation for being given a filthy, uninspected truck, and I never received it. The lack of cleanliness, communication, follow-through, and customer service was unacceptable. I expected much better from U-Haul and would not recommend this location based on my experience.
