Ron PCounter lady seemed inconvenienced that I was there to drop off trailer on Friday. Then got a call on Sunday asking is was going to show up. I asked what for? Said I was supposed to drop off a trailer. I told her I did that on Fri. She said that she would have to check the lot. Got an email that showed it came in on Sunday.
Chad JBesides coming up with reasons not to give any deposit of my deposit back ......yes I was 7 miles over and 5 min late but that was to save on the 20 charge dropping off when no one would be there since you knew it would be dropped off we hen no one would be there........very friendly.....they just work there not there fault.... just U-Haul as a whole and there don't plan on anything back protocol.....
CHRISTOPHER DI didnt see the text to take pictures of the truck until I had already left the facility. The link expired before I could add them. It might be a good idea to let the driver know to look for the text. Otherwise, everything was great.
Sharon PI rented a 10 ft truck. There was no easy way to get into the cargo space in the truck without a small step latter. I am 80 years old and it might be ok for a youngster however i fell out of the truck attempting to enter the back. You may want to consider supplying a 2 foot step ladder for us older folks who rent.

BOBBY CReece was very professional, friendly, and informational. Definitely makes the turn-in process easy and comfortable.
BARRY DCalled for quote twice to verify daily rate for additional days. I was quoted $20 by two different employees. When I picked up, the AC in the office was out and it was 98 degrees plus. The contract print was tiny. I realized the total amount was higher than it should be but opted to review at home. I called and spoke to multiple people within UHaul as soon as I realized the error. I had names of employees who have quote. (Note you cannot get the extra day amount on the website.). The last said she filed a customer complaint for me and I would be contacted. This NEVER happened. I paid $40 per day…double the daily rate quoted by these two employees.

james BThe gentlemen working there were efficient and professional. Answered all my questions and helped me hook up the cargo trailer. One suggestion would be to ensure all tires have recommended air pressure. I checked all 4 and 1 needed air but not alarmingly low. Overall a very good experience!
Jeremy BDue to the office being closed for the holiday, I had a difficult time trying to find a place to park the big truck upon returning it. Also, I was not told the office would be closed for the holiday and did not know to call in to notify of the return. I was notified and the issue was taken care of but would have been helpful for instructions of returning procedure if the office is closed. Also, parking spaces availble if the notice board spaces are all taken.
DEBRA AShows that someone was supposed to be there till 6 and nobody was there. I prefer human interaction more than an app. Nextime I’ll pic a different U-Haul to drop off at.
ISRAEL RThe truck was so loud you couldn't hear the person sitting beside you. They called me the day before and switched trucks on me when I had reservations for over a week.

THOMAS SThey were very professional here at the storage place in Conway. They were very helpful, even though I was and am not happy with the last experience that I had with uhaul on oak street. They were very unprofessional and I was charged for miles that I know I didnt use and it caused me to pay more money. Conway Storage is my go to for now on and I highly recommend them!!!!

RACHELLE JVacuum under the seats. I dropped some money and reached down to get but got a handful of 'yulk'! Other than that it was an excellent experience. The two young men that were there some be commanded for their professionalism. My son and I were very impressed by them and my son isn't ready to impress.

SAMANTHA CThe check engine light was on when I rented the truck and it remained on. The engine really struggled even when the van was empty. There was an odd oil slick in the back of the van and I had to clean it before I could load furniture. The van had no ramp for a 50 inch deck. If I wasn't in such a hurry to get my work done, I would have returned the vehicle and asked for another one. Vehicle complaints aside, the location was ideal and the people at the counter were friendly. But having recently rented a Penske, I have to tell you that the Penske truck ans experience was better.

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes so I could get right to work loading and moving. Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone that wants a convenient pick up site with great staff. The uhaul platform made condition verification and the return process wonderfully simple - even completing the return at midnight. Great system is appreciated.

DENIELLE CNightmare! That is the only word I have for our experience! Everything was great when I called and spoke to Gavin at this location. We were all set to pick up the uhaul out side the gate at 6:30 pm. We drove away in the uhaul at 8:30 pm! Actually, a few minutes later than that. The gate was wide open, and the truck ended up being inside the gate, not out. We had to call customer service twice and stay on the phone with them forever to get the payment and information to go through the app. The truck was clean, but parked in a mudhole. We moved it to the street in order to take the pics. When we returned it, we parked it in the same mudhole! The whole thing was awful!

Sharon BI had to change location Saturday at the last minute due to the scheduled location deciding to close early. I had even called Helton's Wrecker Service (and U Haul) location to let them know what time I would be there. During that call, the man was rude and unprofessional. U Haul should not be associated with them. Conversely, Conway U Storage was great and helpful.
STERLING TService at this location was exceedingly pleasant, fast, and overall excellent. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and that included the site representative running to the back lot to bring the uhaul up to the door for me. I would absolutely use service from this location again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. This level of service, so absent in today's society, is absolutely appreciated.

EVELYN SMy only complaint is about the trailers with the roll up doors instead of the swing out doors. The roll up doors can jam easily if you have the trailer full and stuff shifts in transit against the door. This isn't a problem with the swing out doors. It seems like it would be much better if all of the trailers had swing out doors.
STEVEN TI was instructed to drive into the back where the trailer was being stored, which resulted in a large bolt clip bring lodged into my tire at the facility. It caused a flat tire, which rendered my car immobile until it could be towed to a facility that could support the weight of a Tesla. Despite communicating this openly from the beginning, the associates were completely unhelpful. The trailer sat unmoved, except for 3 days of my use. Instead of waiving these charges, the associate (David) instructed me that I'd need to proceed with a small claims suit against the facility. I'm waiting to hear from Reese, at the advice of Gavin, before doing so.
