My experiance was even though reservation was a week in advance, I was informed of pickup notification one (1) hour drive away... Timing is critical on a moving day. 2-3 hour turn around is unacceptable and disrupts moving efforts. Inventory control understood is diffulcult... All non-local pickup should be notified at minimum 48 hour in advance.
MARION BEverything was good. The trailer was ready for us when we arrived and the checkout process was quick and easy. Returning the trailer with the app was also just as easy.

Jeannie TI had to drop off the trailer at the 24H drop off and there were others beside me not really knowing where the actual drop off was . I called the UHAUL to get the help . I didn't have the app so I had the costomer service send me the link to do the check out . It would have been nice if there was a way to get to the link to drop off without having to download app. Overall the exp was good as for rental goes , just the drop off was a bit of a challenge .
