A/C not working- but, other than that, alls well.
Terri B.I was told the small trailer of 6x12 would be no problem to deal with, even when I specifically asked, "does it tend to jack- knife?" It definitely jack- knifed at every point.
Donna R.We had issues getting checked in on the mobile, and the appliance dolly that we paid extra for was not in the truck. We noted it in the check in process, as well as contacted customer service, and I was told a note was made to get a refund, but was still not only charged the price for the dolly rental, but an extra charge for some reason, and now am not able to get in touch with someone that can assist. Not a great experience overall.
