Charged me for an extra day because I returned it at 3 pm instead of 11 am. I was not told about this charge at all. Also charged $20 extra dollars because my mileage was over because I had to rent it from manheim instead of palmyra which is not my fault and then I returned it to a place that I did not indicate when I first rented it a month ago which is further away from my apartment 2 things out of my control. This is my first time renting a U-Haul and my last time
