Reservations was not guaranteed... I first reserved a truck, then received a call that my reservation was being moved to a new facility. The new facility call me the morning of and said no trucks were available. I then had to refind/schedule a new truck. Never send people wanting to do business in Coolidge to the convenience store T & L , which is the location my spouse had been booked and prepaid. The people working there said they could not assist us that the person who could help us was not there. They were also denying serve to a woman returning a trailer. The rental at the storage unit was EXCELLENT. Mr Ortega was above and beyond helpful, courteous and provided outstanding customer service.Mary R.

This location was accurate, quick to provide help. The location didn't have the biggest selection. The associate was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable about my rental questions.Shayla F.
the location was fine. our overall moving experience was stressful and cumbersome thanks to uhaul. we reserved a 20' truck a week and a half in advance. there were none to be had. anywhere. my home did not fit in the 15' we were given, which meant moving items twice, into storage for 48 hours and then out. Not impressed at all, and will not refer uhaul to anyone, and will not use again.Megan E.

I used a credit card that I had not used in months and the next day someone used it to go shopping at the on line Apple Store. Is it a coincidence or ? Truck was covered with dead bugs, I had to stop and wash the windshield.William K.

We were not told that we had to re-fold the moving blankets when returning the truck. The person at the location had us fold up about half of them, then said he would finish folding the rest for us. He saw how tired we were, and took pity on us. Thank you for doing that for us!Michelle P.

The truck was super dirty in the back , my wife had to sweep it out her self I wasn't going to put my stuff in there all dirty and the rate changes and calling back and fourth I went through I'll never rent U-Haul ever againJohnny U.

Cup holders were not clean but overall truck was in good shape. I've rented the 15ft uhaul twice in the last month and both times the Uhaul representative was very helpful and professional. The overall facility looked a bit run down but the trucks were decent. I would definitely use this place to rent a truck again but I would not store my belongings in the facility. Kudos to the young man that helped me both times. Very nice and helpful.Ruth M.
The first location I had a reservation with at 10:00 never even showed up. I waited over half an hour till 10:45 then gave up and went to a different location. They told me there would be a $100 deposit that would go back into my account in a few hours. Now another day later and it's still not back in my account AND they took $115 not 100. Coolidge Mini Storage professional, extremely friendly and helpful customer service, from inspecting assuring everything is safe and road ready before we pulled out with the trailer, connecting equipment to assure our safety and safety of the trailer and my vehicle, provided great advice on towing, I can not say enough about this place and I will recommend them in a heart beat they a top notch recognition and ward!!! THEY ARE THE BEST!!!! Now as far as your customer service phone reps that was a different story over an hour on the phone and multiple reps could not get anything right. The first rep had me picking up an hour out of my way, the next one provided me with a lot of incorrect info the reps provided me with incorrect pricing the list goes on and on it was a night mare until finally I called Coolidge Mini Storage and they had me reserved with a trailer in moments with pricing and all the other info I needed in less then 15 min. It is obvious the reps need more training or if they don't want to provide the correct info or just don't care about customer service they need to move on to something they like, understand or want to do! This is my experience and was not a happy customer. COOLIDGE ROCKS you go guys love ya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!wanda T.

The truck had not been cleaned-there was a half empty drink bottle in the cab. The ramp had a weld broken which made it very difficult to extend and slide back in.Donald A.

UHaul Agent was extremely helpful in advising me on my one way Harley transport. I was in and out with bike in tow in less than 30 minutes. I live less than a mile away from dealership, and this guy is the best.Thomas L.
I did an online reservation the cost of the reservation was $38 for the trailer and he charged another $10. I think he is price skimming. I think he just charges what ever he wants. I never liked renting from this guy, never pleasent. I've rented from the people down the street and they never have chafed the price. Customer service was horrible; the employee was rude and failed to provide information, therefore I had to pick up the uhaul the next day. The back of the truck was full of dirt, and I was then charged extra for being an 8th of a tank off when putting gas back in. I will not use this location in the future.Erica S.
