Mark UEmployee was rude when we showed up “early”. Reservation was for 7AM but apparently that’s now 8 or 9. Wasn’t willing to just engage in a conversation.

Gerald BThe only complaint we had was being charged more for the safe tow than what was quoted when making the reservation. It was only $3.00 more however don't understand why it would be higher than what we reserved. The guy at U-Haul said nothing he could do about it even when showing him our reservation quote. Otherwise everything went smoothly.

Albert LI rented an appliance dolly 1st. That guy was amazing. An excellent customer service person. But when I went to rent a truck the next day due to issues with my previous arrangement, I was told there was not even 1 to rent. So I went to another rental location and she didn't have any either. She helped me call a close by town to see if they had 1. The lady on the phone said there was 1 close to me, gave me a phone number and directions. It ended up being the 1st 1 I went to and was told there was nothing to rent. Then he got mad at me because his sister ( the one who told me he had 1) didn't tell him where I was coming from. I didn't get to fill out paperwork stating any marks or issues with the truck. He just pulled it up, left it running, handed me the key and ran inside. Sorry to say, but the customer service was horrible. I will not be going back to that 1 or recommending it due to him and his attitude.

Salvador MNo one was there when we stopped off the trailer even though they said they were open. We arrived over an hour before the closing time and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. It took us over 90min to get the trailer off our car and still no one was there to help. Very disappointed and will never rent from here again.
