It was so easy to return the rental. The location was open and the owner of the place was so nice. Told me I would get an email when transaction was complete.

GORDON SWhat a pain in the ass to have to take all the pictures and have to use your location. I had my dad try to pick it up for me but he couldn’t cuz I had to be there for my location on my phone. I’ll never use the mobile version of this again.

MIKAEL GCargo van Key was too large for drop box. Self check-in /out was lengthy, lost 1/2 hour of my rental time just checking in with self check.

Nick HBuilding is disgusting, parking lot is like driving though a mine field. Other than completing the rental and taking a picture of the trailer after I hooked it up on my way out the representative had no interaction connecting trailer, checking lights etc.
Jason DLocation handles several businesses at the same time and it took a lot of time to get checked out. Moving blankets were not available that I had ordered. The truck was absolutely filthy, with trash and a child’s toy under the seats and mud and sand on the ramp and in the back of the truck.

DA'SHA PTruck smelled like cigarettes. Nobody was ready to take me as a customer when I first got there. Nobody was ready to finalize my purchase as a customer when I dropped off the truck. I filled the truck with 2.1 gallons (have receipt) after traveling 25 miles (less than 12.5 mpg). Got charged an extra 3 gallons ($13.00) because the truck’s gas tank wasn’t back at the line it was at when I started my trip, but since nobody was there when I went to check out I couldn’t give them the receipt and they charged me the next day. The workers were friendly when they talked to me.

Edmund DThe Business itself was unkempt and their parking lot was covered with, at least 3inch deep, holes. The customer service wasn't horrible but the equipment was dirty upon pickup including furniture parts being in the cab of the truck, and the tow dolly I got was lucky to be of use with the passenger side blinker being non-functional.
Larry FManager location said he would check tires before I left when the dash was flashing that tire pressure was low. He said everything was fine it was just resetting. He did that twice and said everything would be just fine. Well, on the light was on the entire time and first I was supposed to have it back at 9:30 and I called him about 5 after 9:00 and told him I I'll be done in about 10 minutes I'm on my way and he said he'll be there until 10:00. I got there at 950 and the place was dark and shut down. I called and it went to voicemail and said the mailbox was full I tried again and again no answer. I also decided to take a look at what the onboard Dash would say about the tires and the left front tire was so low it didn't even register which I proceeded to take a picture of the other three tires were all in the normal range in the '80s per square inch. So that's two strikes against the guy. Actually make it three because the whole ordeal with me having to call you all and trying to get everything straightened out took me over an hour to get everything settled before I can get on my way home at around a little after 11:00. That's something I wanted to do after after moving especially since last week I just had surgery on my right wrist so I couldn't even use my right hand or arm to move which made it all that much more difficult and frustrating. This was an entirely lousy experience and I'm sure I'll use U-Haul again but I will never ever use this location nor will I ever patronage his store ever again. Time means money and he cost me time and money. Lousy lousy service.

Mary NThis Location is a very sketchy place, when we checking out the man seemed to be always looking at the cameras to see who is coming in. They had a baseball bat hanging right behind the counter, the parking lot was very hard to move the equipment around everything was so tight. This place looks like a old Wendy's not really setup for this type of truck rental equipment. When we were hooking up the trailer I had my wife get back in the car ans lock the doors, there were people walking in and around the trucks staring at me as I was hooking up the trailer " not sure what they were doing" but they seemed to be very conformable doing it. I would not recommend having any woman go there by her self. There was not a dolly or blankets there, we had to go to another location about 5 miles up the road from there to pick them up. This was not the location we first picked to get the truck and trail, some how it got changed from Avon, Oh. to Lorain, Oh. about 30 mins different. Why even ask where we would like to pick-up the Truck and trailer at, if you going to tell us where to go get it the 3/4's of a day before we need it. kinda late for us to make any changes at the zero hour " not cool" This is not the first time this has happened, we rented a Truck from you all about 4 months ago and the same thing happened, but we went to another place 30 mins south of us. Sure am glad we can run around all over for you guys. Not very customer friendly, but having us by the short hair as we are moving and need to get loaded. There was no way to get another truck in time for the move...... Again Not Cool... this will make us think very hard in using U-Haul again.

BOBBIE RThe location was dirty. The staff was very unprofessional. The parking lot had holes big enough to lose a tire in. And though the person who check us in was friendly, it took him quite a whie to finish the transaction, though I had done it all in advance on line.

Drew BI was provided the wrong keys to my assigned truck. I had to wait 45 minutes at the location to get ahold of a uhaul representative to be assigned to the truck whose keys were in the drop box instead of my assigned truck.
Dana TExcellent help provided by the people running this organization. The service provided to me was excellent. In addition, I noticed the service provided to all other customers was also outstanding. I'm new to the area, but sense the person who was working this day at this location is valued by the people living nearby who rely on his services. I plan to use this location for all future Uhaul needs, and plan to purchase other products they provide to the local community.

Deborah LFlat tire that we repaired, filthy interior and exterior, check engine light on, drivers seat cover torn off, howling noise from drive train, drivers door would not seal allowing rain to fall inside the cab on me. This was a horrible rental, u haul should never allow their equipment to get this bad, wont rent again.

Kendall FThe truck provided had dents in the passenger door that made it difficult to close it. The driver door also had issues closing. Right headlight was burnt out and during the whole trip, the engine was making a suspicious noise. We were lucky it got us from OH to VA without an issue, to be honest. And when I put in the reservation, I requested a utility dolly, which this location did not even have available. The guy at the location was nice, at least. But everything else made for a poor experience.
Sarah SOutstanding experience for our recent move. Our 15 foot truck was immaculately clean and worked great. Sales staff was prompt and efficient, too. I'd rent from U-Haul again in a minute. Thanks so much for making this move a little easier!

Ashley BI would recommend that U-Haul no longer work with this place. The parking lot is riddled with potholes, the location is dirty and poorly maintained. The employees, while polite, delivered very poor customer service. They did not have any furniture pads, furniture dollies, or utility dollies. The trucks were not clean, inside or out, including the back - loose dirt and pebbles coated the floor. This was the worst rental experience I’ve had with any moving truck company.
CURTIS FSomeone that works there answer the phone and was trying to help me with closing the contract but they didn't know how to do so. They asked me to call back to get it taken care of once he had the information but when I did call back no one would answer the phone and it went straight to voicemail. U-Haul personnel had to help me close the account which I'm thankful for and made it very easy.

MICHELLE KDid not have truck ready in time or any of the extra items I requested in my order that was created nearly a month prior. This meant that I had to go to another store and purchase the items for an additional $54 making me late for my movers. Completely unacceptable.
Anne REverything went smoothly. I would appreciate if all customers are treated as respectfully as we were. This was a very last minute, quick rental. So glad we chose this store to rent from.
