The website assured this would be ready at 7 am to retrieve. I get there at 7:10 am to pick up the vehicle and No one is there and the truck isn't even available for Mobile pick up. All my help who showed up at 8 am had to be paid extra to come back at 11:30 am. So unexpectable that , I should have to pay for a vehicle that wasn't ready and pay extra to the men of $1200 due to not being able to get the truck on time. 3 different ladies, could NOT help get a vehicle in the area. I pray this doesn't happen to anyone else. I will post and blog the crap out of my experience with U-Haul Lorain area.
