i would NEVER recommend the Cooper, TX location!! The attendant barely spoke English and she could not log into the UHaul.com account. It took 30 + minutes to get our truck. The truck was also dirty with coffee stains on the console, plus crumbs of other food on the seats.

This is the second time I request a dolly and it is not with the truck. I would like to get the charge for the dolly refunded back.
