This was the best Uhaul experience I have ever had, and I have rented a lot of Uhaul s!!! The truck was pristine! The customer service was outstanding! I don't know if Uhaul gives out awards to rental locations or customer service folks, but if you do this location and the people there are highly deserving!!!!!

Cost! Mileage is a killer! Our rental was less than $70 but mileage at $1.19 a mile left me with a $450 charge! Plus fuel? Won't be doing this again. Buying my own moving truck.

Truck smell inside the cab was extremely horrible. The windows were down throughout the time i was in transit. The ride was rough. Infact the truck didn't make it back to the agent due to a breakdown. In addition to the poor customer experience, the agent is tucking on
extra fees on my final invoice. I'm getting charged a cleaning fee and the rental fee was changed from $19.95 to $39.99.

Only issue we had was it was raining during our move and our mattress/box spring got a little damp and some of the boxes in mom's attic got wet. No damage just wet boxes making it harder to carry the boxes hoping the bottom didn't give out. Other than that all good and move was successful!

While this location was fine, it was NOT where I made my reservation. I was called the day before pickup and told my original pick up location didn't have the size truck I reserved and I had to drive to another city 70 minutes away for pickup! Not a fun way to start a move.
