Location is a little dicey and run down. But, my biggest issue is UHauls process. I've never had to give Avis or Hertz a copy of my driver's license or a photo of myself. If I get someone trying credit fraud because of this, there will be a lawsuit. You don't need a photo copy of anything and in doing so you open yourself up to hacking. Plus, I gave you all the information when I reserved the van and I had to give it all over again when I showed up. WTF?

Pick-up location was a messy store. The rental process itself was fine, though. The car was incredibly dirty. Strong smell of smoke inside, dirty seats and floor mats. We were glad to rent this truck for only a short drive.

this was a disgusting experience. the truck assigned had the engine light on. the Copy/Post guy said I could drive it anyway. that's insane to fill a truck with furniture only to have it break down in route. so he required me to start over and double-billed me for 2 trucks for the same day, rather than providing a replacement truck. then I was billed an additional $9 with no explanation. I called customer service and she put me back on hold and never returned. I thought I was renting from U Haul but this was some retail guy across the street from a U haul store. the U Haul store map pin didn't show up so I was duped into renting from a third-party who is a terrible representative of the U Haul brand. I am baffled by this way of doing business. I am a life-long U Haul customer.

AC wasn't working in the shop, it quite uncomfortable around noon time in texas heat, on top it owner mixed my order with other customer despite having my Driver license in hand, but then he don't know how to cancel it!!! A call to the customer care and the uhaul representative walk him through the process. the truck was clearly not hired for quite some time and wasn't clean, there was lot of tree debris on it. Overall, I'm fine as I got the truck I need, but I'm not renting here if not needed

Generally, it was a wonderful experience being my first time. The charges like insurance should be refunded if nothing happens. People should be meant to pay mpg as to estimate the quantity of fuel used is not easy!! Had to put almost double of what I used as I discovered it after adding the gas. Thanks.

The shop owner was a huge pain in the butt. I reserved online supposedly to save time but the proprietor made me give him 3 different contacts apart from myself and told me (too late) that I wasn't allowed to return the truck to another location as I usual for uhaul. Didn't save time and cost me twice as much as it should have. Will not be renting from uhaul again for a very long time.

I was charge a extra 44.00 dollars for stupid stuff like environment fee 1.00, safe move fee 30.00 and some other fee for 14,00. This is ridiculous these fees not on my contract because I would have said no and not rented the truck. I have rented from haul before and never saw these fees added to my account. No I would not refer nobody. That's robbery

Update computers and pos equipment. Faulty computers made 20 years ago can add extra stress on moving day. Also, the truck was FILTHY. Animal feces inside cab as well as the box of the truck. Poor customer service during checkout. Neighbor dealers like this should have more training and be held to the same standards as Uhaul moving and storage facilities.

I was charged $14 without my consents or informed. When I asked the guy to take it off that I didn't want to purchased it. He stated he can't take it off because it's done. No effort at all to help and I know I'm not the only one encountered this. Also, the truck I rented has no mirror inside for view, that's safety hazard and I will report this to the Corporate. I told him , he said he doesn't care. The place doesn't need to operate U-haul to less of franchise.

I forgot my credit card in the truck and he called me right away to let me know! I couldn't go back but he assured me he would shred it and I cancelled it 10 minutes after leaving the shop. It's nice to know there are still honest people I. The world!!

They gave me a truck with a broken muffler and I was terrified for my life when I was driving. I thought maybe I was driving it wrong. They knew the truck was damaged when they gave it to me! Please don't ever refer them to me again!

Failure from where I originally reserved my transportation needs. Two days I visit location to extend and verify my reservation mr. carter confirm everything thing. Day of elderly female had wrong information, no truck, had to clue as to correct this complete failure. Then she sent across the highway to another business and that place is a extremely misrepresentation of uhaul (dump). My cost wasn't what I was lead to believe. I never had any problems with uhaul before.

The issues are bigger than the dirty truck, wet supplies, or the weather and as it stands this transaction has damaged my perception of your brand. Your U-Haul representatives at Copy and Postal are letting you down. When I arrived, there were no lights on or air conditioning. I was sure it was open but the door was. I entered, had to wait for my eyes to adjust to the darkness. No one greeted me at the counter, instead they yelled at me from the desks about 15 Feet away. When finally one of them to come to the counter and found out I had already reserved online he huffed, walked away, and told the other ‘you take care of this!' The other did after a few minutes approach the counter, asked for and took my license and I showed him my rental info on my phone, he then asked me for my credit card to pay for it. I said no because it was already pre-paid. Then they were fixated on changing my drop off location and making other suggestions that didn't make sense. I said no let's leave it as it was. He left for a few minutes and came back slapped a key on the counter top, pointed to a Dolly laying flat on the floor 15 Feet away with two plastic bags full of blankets, and said there's your stuff and the truck is just outside in the parking lot. I picked up the handle end of the dolly and exited. No one said anything else to me. It turns out the truck was parked over 700 Feet away, down the stripe center parking lot, in the rain I walked, dragging the dolly, checking numbers to match the random spaced truck in the lot, with the key in the other hand. The truck turned out to be hidden on the side of the building, in a big bog of water next the the dumpster. The truck was dirty inside and out (& I took pictures). When driving the pickup survey was issued and by the time I got to my location it had times out. They never bother to tell me it was coming and probably for good reason. Later that day, I realized that I never got my Drivers License back and when I called to ask about it, I was told NO and they hung up! The next day when getting ready to load the truck with antique furniture from the estate I unpacked the blankets and found they had lots of dried Mud on them and many where still damp. One dry on actually ended up fusing to my table top during transport and now the antique will need to be resurfaced, which diminishes its value. The truck itself performed well enough. Thank you for your gesture but $50 doesn't fix the situation or the damage to the furniture fro whatever chemical was in or on the blankets. If you can recover my DL that would be appreciated.

The place is hard to find as it is a postal store in a strip mall. and the trailer was clean but: The tires were at 20PSI and 34PSI, and the trailer only had 1 safety chain in it.

I was to pick up my truck Monday p.m. and Uhaul's computer and phone system were down so the truck could not be rented. I had movers waiting that I had to pay but no truck. I was amazed that Uhaul doesn't have a back up plan when this happens. Very frustrating! It had nothing to do with the location of the rental, the owner was very helpful.

Listen to the customer and provide better customer service. I said I did not want the insurance and I was still charged for it. When I returned the van, the guy did not want to give me an itemized receipt. He said it would be emailed but I tried telling him my email address was not taken, how about a printed receipt?He then seemed annoyed and did not wish to help me anymore. I eventually was able to get a receipt the following day and that's when I saw the additional charge. I will NEVER use this place again.

The man at that location did not know what he was doing. 1st he couldnt get me in the system for my reservation. 2 he then needed the number of the trailer and asked if I could look for the trailer myself and bring him the number. Tried 3 times and then skipped me to help the person behind me. 4 Then I asked if there was a number I could call and he was able to help with that(at this point I had been at the store 45 minutes. 5 Once the person on the phone was able to help me, he was able to find my reservation and completed the transaction. 6 once I saw the details of the receipt I noticed that he charged me for the insurance that I did want or got asked for. I told him that I didn't want that and then he went on to say that I can cancel it later at the drop off location and claimed that people do that all the time. 7 once at the trailer he asked me and my brother in law to move the trailer ourselves. 8 while reviewing the size of the trailer, I told the man that we were going to need another one and he replied, “Take it where ever you want and change it there, I have other customers to take care of,”and skipped the trailer audit. I typically don't take the time to write reviews, especially after all the complications of moving. This man was by far one the the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. I personally don't think he should be dealing with customers directly. He couldn't help me when needed, ask for me to do things that he should've done, lie to me, charged me for something I did not approve of and was completely rude to me and my brother in law.

The truck is in need of an alignment. It was very hard to keep the truck straight. It felt like it wobbled side to side while driving especially on the highway. The steering wheel needs to be changed, the leather is peeling. It felt very gritty, and made my hands feel dirty. I didn't like the fact that I was expected to walk the dolly all the way to the back of the parking lot. I ended up loading the dolly in my personal vehicle and driving to the other end of the lot. The truck did not come with the stabilizer for the dolly(broken). So my husband drove with the dolly in our vehicle. The inside of the truck still had trash from a previous rental. I found the trash in the furniture pads bag in the back of the truck so I cleaned it out so that I didnt get charged for it. The sales rep did not walk me out to the truck and do a walk-around to access for damages before I left. My original reservation was changed to this location and they would not honor my online purchase for the furniture covers. I had to drive all the way back to the original store location to pick up the furniture covers. TOO much work for someone trying to move.

I MADE A RESERVATION 2 WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME, HOWEVER WHEN I ARRIVED TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE THEY SAID DIDN'T HAVE A RESERVATION FOR ME. I SHOWED THE CLERK MY RESERVATION NUMBER AND SHE STILL SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE A RESERVATION MAYBE THEY SWITCHED TO ME TO ANOTHER LOCATION, SO SHE CALLED UHAUL WITH MY RESERVATION NUMBER AND LATER SAID THAT I NEED TO GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION TO PICKUP MY TRUCK. NO ONE CALLED ME AHEAD OF TIME NOR DID THEY OFFER AN APOLOGY. I WILL NOT BE USING UHAUL AGAIN IF I CAN HELP IT.
