I waited over an hour & a half to get my uhual. The mean that runs that location kept telling me it was normal and his system is slow because it’s the end of the month. So my movers sat for an hour and half on paid time while i waited. He was no help and just keep retrying instead of calling uhual. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE TRANSACTION, HORRIBLE ALL AROUND

The location and staff were excellent. U-haul's policy of delivering Surprise costs and charges is however pretty despicable.
