This pick up was a terrible experience and I want someone to contact me. I arrived at 1128am for my scheduled, 1130 pick up. No one answered the door and no one answered my calls. I was referred to another number from the automatic voicemail and the person who picked up said he had to go out and get some tools and he’d be back. Waited 15 minutes and called him again, he said he was just checking out now and would then be back to the location. It took another 15 minutes for him to come back. Overall, I was at the location for 45 minutes trying to get my equipment. I had a freight elevator scheduled and I missed the window thanks to this pick up. This is completely unacceptable and I would like at least a partial refund. Please contact me 7044518083

The uhaul representative was not there and when I called they were complaining saying no-one notified them of the rental. I don't work for the company not my issue. Then proceeded to say he would be there in a hour. I had movers coming in an hour to load the trailer. Finally someone called and we finished the transaction on the phone. This could have been done in the very beginning

Never went in to look at the place however the problem I've had was they took extra money from my account without reason. We had a flat rate Uhaul but they took more money without reason.

I got charged for gas when i returned the vehicle with the same fuel level as it was picked up
