The facility is trashy and run down, doesn't feel safe. All doors were locked and although people could be heard (over loud music) inside, pounding on all doors failed to produce anyone, at all. Called U-Haul dispatch and advised that I would leave trailer at this facility and provide pictures as proof that trailer was returned. After trailer was disconnected from truck and I was preparing to leave, two people arrived in a car with what appeared to be lunch. We were totally ignored (the people did not even acknowledge our presence although we and the trailer were within 10 feet). People got out of their car, went to the door, unlocked and disappeared inside, leaving us high and dry. I contacted dispatcher again and complained, she advised someone would contact me, but to date, no one has. U-Haul will now be my last choice when I need to rent a truck or trailer.

Charles GIt was a very uncomfortable, unclean remote place to pick up a U-Haul . Didn’t know location or would have chosen somewhere else.
Bobbie Ci came no one was there, called the number provided no answer, after 10 tries he finally picked up saying he was gonna be late, when i dropped off my u-haul in NC the gas was wrong he had that the truck had more gas than what i stated off with, but i recorded b4 i left with the truck. i will never use him again
