JONATHAN CIt's a shame I have to rate the location so low, as the location itself was fantastic. However, the return process on the UHaul app was absolutely atrocious. The process, which required maybe 3 minutes of active focus taking pictures, took well over an hour of waiting in the rain (for optimal cell service) for pictures to process. Additionally, the UHaul app managed to eat up my entire cell phone battery, leading my phone to die before I could finish the process and forcing me to return to the location the following day to return the equipment in-person. This is a recurring issue whenever I rent from the UHaul app, and each time I use it I feel like 7 years are forcefully ripped from my life while I'm powerless to do anything except sit and watch. I don't know if the app uses an automated algorithm or AI that's just painfully slow or if the photos are manually reviewed by UHaul agents each time they're uploaded, but I have never felt more rage than when I was staring at the buffering circle on the "next" button for the 33rd consecutive minute, only for my photos, which looked near-identical to the references shown, to be rejected. I didn't think I would ever be in a situation where I seriously consider not doing business in the future with a TRUCK RENTAL COMPANY based on their mobile app functions seeing as I don't actually use the app for anything except returning the equipment, which is when my business is (supposed to be) finished, but this process genuinely made me want to ask for a refund and maybe a cigarette, too. Cordero's Auto Repair is a great location with friendly, accessible customer service staff and great facilities. The ability to pick up and return equipment after hours is a fantastic option that Cordero's offers, but please, for the love of whatever God you believe in, do NOT rent/return a truck outside of business hours lest you be subject to the godawful purgatory of the UHaul app.

JACOB JOriginally, the pick up location was Flemington, NJ Liberty gas station- and that experience was a nightmare !!! AJ and crew at Princeton Junction were incredible, even staying late for us to arrive. They even corrected the mistakes that Flemington had made. Great friendly people at Princeton !!!!!!!

Thanks to Marjorie Tanis who helped us but aside from her great help and kindness, the entire U-Haul experience was horrendous the app is slow and takes SO long to upload photos. Very tedious and inefficient process.
Matthew BAJ was friendly and explained me the about the rental implications. He offered to have my car parked on his lot while I rented the truck and returned. I did not have to do this but I appreciated the offer.

DAVID RThere was no Wifi Signal at all where the U-Hauls were parked so when checking the van back in I had to stand in an area with signal to post the photos to the check in app but posting a photo of the van parked for the night proved impossible because there was no signal back there and the app would crash and I would have to start over.

HALEY STruck felt like it had no suspension. Ride was very jarring, fortunately nothing in truck was damaged. There seemed to be other (newer) trucks on lot. Maybe I got the ‘go to’ truck they rent all the time.
Geoffrey MThis comment doesn't pertain to Corderos Auto Repair specifically but to U-Haul in general. I made my reservation with Corderos but was inexplicably assigned to another location several miles away. If it had not been for the quick thinking and timely efforts of the personnel at Coderos, my moving day would have been completely ruined and I would have lost money. I had movers scheduled to help me move and would have had to pay them for the day nonetheless had I been forced to cancel their services for the day. As it was, I still had to pay them for the idle half an hour they had to wait while the people at Corderos corrected the reservation snafu that had to have originated with U-Haul central. I don't know why my reservation got switched, but I wanted to alert U-Haul to the possibility that this problem may be a recurring one.

NICOLA KWhen I arrived at the location, there was no one there because of labor day. I payed for a dolley and some other equipment, but nothing such was found inside of the truck we rented. When we returned the truck, we almost got billed for the items that were never in the truck, but the guy at the return point was very helpful and returned the money that was paid for something that we never received.
NADIA MThe signal was poor and checkout took 3+ tries. Same thing with check in; photos needed to be resubmitted multiple times and processing was slow. I would love if a guest wifi spot or tablet type check in/out spot could be maintained. This location has a monopoly on the nearby university and takes advantage of it.

KEENAN KThere is barely any reception in the parking lot where you need to return your truck. Ask for the wifi name and password before you leave with your rental, that way you will be able to return your rental on the app without problems
