How U-Haul Reviews WorkConsider adding a guest WiFi port on the lot. Picture uploads took a long time and you even have a sign saying the WiFi is bad.
Peter MI had set a reservation to drop off truck In princeton junction the next day. I got confirmation showing Princeton junction and another confirmation the next day for the same location. Well, I got the surprise of my life when looking at the app for the address only to see it changed to a location that was over an hour away. Nobody has been able to successfully explain to me why a reservation manager changed the location minutes before pickup. I was by myself and couldn't even drop it off there if I wanted to without needing a $100+ uber back. And I had vacation the next day and had to delay leaving until the reservation office opened and I could call and have them move the drop off location. This was the worst experience ever and I will be using home depot or someone else going forward.
