Reserved a 10ft truck, $20 great. Then we get the $1.35/ mile on 120 miles. Nope. Switched to a trailer, got double charged, reserved moving blankets, only had half available, ordered some shrink wrap - none available. This place is a complete disaster and the bait and switch should be illegal.

The equipment worked fine, but the jack to lift the trailer from the tow vehicle needs to be oiled or cleaned. Goes so far and the gets very hard to turn. Other than that, I love using these trailers. they are perfectly balanced, and I have never had one fishtail on me yet. Used them several times and there cheaper to rent the paying a tow service. The location is just a dumpy house in front of a U store it facility. I had no problem with it. Its nothing like the drop off location. But that didnt matter to me. Good people at both locations.

There is not much improvement needed. This was a speedy, easy, and efficient rental! Genuilly couldn't have asked for anything better! I appreciate the assistance in ensuring the trailer was properly secured, and the electronics worked, and also the well wishes on my trip! Thank you again!

I would never rent from this location. I choose the mobile pickup when I got there was no lock box to pick up my key . The check in process was difficult. I got a call from an agent who was not friendly at all and gave me some off the wall excuse on why my rental was not ready. When the agent attempted to call the location the owner who had the phone was not there but her young daughter was there to assist. The location gave me the excuse that we were late but we were outside doing the check in process which took so long. We had to go inside and rent the truck. The location canceled our reservation without our permission and the price was more than the original price and the excuse was taxes was higher in texas. The truck was not ready because they were taking stuff out truck . Going back I confirmed with the agent the truck number which was sitting in the parking lot . I was there almost 2 hours with this craziness and that was very unacceptable.

If they would answer the phone and call back as promised that would go a long way. Was trying to make some adjustments for over two hours while out of country and trying to make sure there would be no issues with pick up as I was late. The truck only had 1/4 tank fuel, no blaming this location for that as that’s how it was returned. Staff was pleasant once I dealt with them in person.

Lady was extremely rude. If I wasn’t on a time crunch I would have cancelled my rental and got it somewhere else. Didn’t give me my copy of my agreement. Never had such a rude person and I’ve used u haul equipment for every move I’ve done in 34 years.

Be more accurate on the MILEAGE on the vehicle. I picked up the vehicle at 133137, and dropped it off at 133244, but am being charged for mileage from 133099 to 133244. I guess its my fault for not reading the contract an putting an app on my phone and uploading pictures of the odometer/gas before and after. I think that's a fault of Uhaul overall. Most people who use Uhaul do it once, so why require an app?

it's a smaller place, for some reason, they don't want you there. I had a terrible experience at this u-haul rental. Lady worked at the counter was rude and unhelpful, this lady is the worst I have come across by far. I would not recommend this place to anyone..

While the lady at the location was very pleasant and the trailer was clean... it leaked water and the whole reason we rented an ENCLOSED trailer was to keep items dry. As it is our son and new daughter in law are newlyweds with a wet mattress ... we explained to them how to use fans to try and dry it off but we arent certain it will work with no mold or bacteria.

They charged me for fuel after I put back what we used. The lady told me to put it back to 1/4 tank and did plus a little. I got charged over $25 for them to fill it. I've called several times but all I get is answering machine and the in box is full. Very poor service. and I only used 8 miles.

The lady behind the counter seemed unorganized, unfriendly and not all there mentally (not a people person). She was by herself and put her shoes on when she came outside to help with the trailer. I returned the Uhaul on Saturday and received a notice a few days later wondering if I was going to keep the trailer longer. I was charged twice for the same rental!!

Put $8 insurance on my trailer when I said no. Won't refund me. When I dropped it off, she stopped during the decoupling and said asked if I could do it. Said she was having a day and just walked off. Didn't check me out, didn't confirm drop off, nothing. And then charged me for insurance I didn't want.

First off, the owner of the location wasn't even at the office at the time of the reservation. We made numerous calls to multiple U-Haul numbers, almost all of which went to voicemail. We ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes past our reservation time with no information on where the owner was or if there even was an owner. Once she showed up late, she was extremely unprofessional, explaining that all of her phones were uncharged hence why she hadn't responded. She went through the paperwork and mumbled the things we were supposed to be informed of. We eventually got everything figured out and walked out to the truck. Upon inspection, we noticed pieces of rotten fried chicken in the truck bed and some of the bones. On top of all of this, we were charged an extra $20 for returning it after 7 PM which would have been nice to have been told. The whole experience was ridiculous. I would not recommend this location, or even U-Haul, ever.

The facility is fantastic and well kept, also everything smells wonderful! The real notable point is the customer service. I could not me more thankful for the assistance James provided. No only did he ensure I got the unit I needed, but made more than one phone call to ensure everything was handled correctly. Moving is stressful, but the positive attitude and care I received made it an easy process. Customer for life!!!!

I very much enjoyed the approx 19 yrs that we had one then had two storage locations. The facility was well cared for, staff was always great, billing via auto draft was good with monthly communication as to when the draft would take place. All was good. We are elderly and have reached the time when we need to downsize and relinquish things we though we needed to save, thus the reason for our leaving Corinth Mini Storage good service. Nice place. It is older and some of the units, that shows. Overall it is well kept. The management is great. Their smallest unit is twice the size of others and per sq ft they`re cheapest in the area.
